Am big chested, so i thought this would be the answer to my problem finding a good sport bra . It was not so I am returning, which is going to cost me some money. I thought this company was like Brooks, i should have ordered directly from them 03/10/17 Update: THUMBS UP TO BARENECESSITIES!!!! Costumer service contacted me and waved the shipping fee. Sorry the item wasn't for me, but I would shop from them again. Tanks

Ordered the size they suggested, besides being very thin and very uncomfortable the band was way to small. I could have purchased from Victoria's Secret for the price I paid for these 2 bras. Then I have to pay $6.95 to return them? First and last purchase.

Wish I read reviews first, never expected that I would be charged not only $23 shipping to get a $98 bra plus duty and taxes, when Freshpair.com ships to Canada for free, but the shock of being charged $38 to return a featherweight bra was just over the top. Also, what's with all the documents that have to be completed for DHL? I buy everything online, and this is total piracy. BN told me they have no control over DHL......ummm really? I could ship an illegal immigrant over the border with less paperwork and cheaper than a bra. Never ordering from these guys again, rather go braless if I can't find my size elsewhere.

I ordered a few lingerie items. The photos on the website are just slightly different than what I received. Not a huge huge deal but the items just weren't exactly what I wanted so I returned them. First of all, not having free shipping on returns just makes you a less desirable company to begin with. All you have to do is work shipping costs into the initial price of an item and the free shipping will make up for the additional cost of the garment because news flash! No one likes paying for shipping. Anyway the real reason for my review is the fact that return shipping is $6.95 when the shipping cost to get to me was only $5. I'm sure there's an explanation about how the package needs to get to two different facilities in order to be returned but I really don't care. My first and last purchase from Bare Necessities.

I had to wait way more than 15 days for my exchange to be processed as a return instead. No one bothered to contact me to let me know that I forgot to place the size in the exchange section. Instead, I had to call twice and go through several "smart" e-mails that resulted in my choosing to take the refund and lose my shipping fee. I don't know what this company thinks customer service means, but this is not it. My order was for around $300, and I had to wait 17 business days to find out that my order wasn't processed correctly. Not only do I not have what I ordered, but I would much rather take a hit with the return shipping fee than deal with Jaime and others in Customer Service who would think that the customer can't possibly be right. Even if the customer is mistaken (I forgot to put the new sizes on my exchange form), it shouldn't be thrown in their faces in a manner that is less than professional. I will never do business with this company again.

My letter to them explains all: Wow, completely blown away by the lack of professionalism. You send something like this, where it needs verification, WITH NOTHING DIFFERENT IN THE SUBJECT LINE? 1. I order to this address from another billing address ALL THE TIME with no issues, but ok fine it is your policy. If so, 2. Put "action required" in the subject so people know it is not an order confirmation, which no one ever reads. This order was for my wedding dress fitting TOMORROW. I didn't even open the email, because it wasnt labeled any differently than an order confirmation, until today, when I realized my order was supposed to be in already. What is more: 3. Your email stated if I didn't respond the order would be cancelled automatically by 8/25. Well, I called it was still not cancelled. Excellent service, really, bravo. I am shocked. never ordering again. 2.5 weeks out and I trusted you with wedding undergarments, paid extra for shipping because for some reason it took so long. You bet I will be warning future brides of your company!

I tried to order something with my regular credit card and I received a "fraud prevention" e-mail asking me to call them back. I called and they said my phone number was incorrect, yet I always use the same credit card and same phone number. They wanted additional phone numbers. I feel like this website could be a scam. Beware!

I am so glad i decided to order from bare necessities before reading the reviews, otherwise i would have missed out on the opportunity to own 2 great new bras! I ordered the Goddess Kayla black leopard satin bra and the Goddess kayla damask berry banded bra. Both fit great! They lift and support the twins very well! And they are very stylish! I am a 38hh and I have a hard time finding pretty bras in colors other than black, white, or nude. I was most impressed by how fast i received my order! I ordered my bras on the friday before the 4th of july. I thought i wouldn't receive my purchase for two weeks because of the holiday and weekend. My bras arrived today 7/8/16 (one week later)! Keep up the good work! I will definitely be ordering from this site again.
