This is a great site to order lingerie and bathing suits. I ordered a fantastic bra that fit to the accurate size chart, and a few bathing suits that were truly the most gorgeous and high quality I’ve found anywhere for my size (I need extra support in the bust). The bathing suits didn’t fit and the return process was easy and instant. They did charge a shipping fee of $6.95 but I think that’s fair enough. Especially in buying items like this where getting the right fit can be trial and error, I expect easy returns where you download the label right away, no waiting around for customer service to email or whatever. I will definitely order from this site again.

I put the wrong address and the package was lost. They fixed it for me very quickly.

I am thrilled to be able to get my bras at a sale price! And, I’m loving the beautiful colors. They make me happy and not so depressed over the horrific appearance of my old, saggy, stretched out breasts! 😊 I just recently began wearing the Wacoal bra after a rapid weight loss, which made it impossible to find a properly fitting bra in department stores. I am amazed at the comfort and support the bra gives me, and with underwire- something I couldn’t stand even as a slim, young adult. I’ve had occasions to wear the bra 12-14 hours on very busy days, and, yet, did not come in the house whipping that bra off, nearly at the door, like I used too! But, best of all was the kind, helpful service of Angela. She was so patient, answering my many questions with such helpful information and often doing research or making inquiries in order to give me accurate, thorough answers. She spent, literally, hours with me! Angela also guided me in getting available discounts and making choices wisely so that I spent my money most efficiently. Angela showed genuine care and respect for the health issues I’ve had, which caused the weight loss that necessitated the purchase of an entire new wardrobe. She understood my need to get the best bargains and the “biggest bang for my bucks” (my husband said “for my boobs!” 😂) I just want you to know that my experience with Angela and Bare Necessities has been such a blessing for me. I love this company. It is so difficult to find bras at local retailers that fit my shape and size. Necessities has always been my go to since I found them scrolling on Facebook. I have purchased at least 10 items from them throughout a period of several years and the items have always arrived on time. I have not had to return anything yet, so I’m not sure how the experience is with the return process. In any case I’m so grateful for this company to offer a nice variety of products in larger sizes. 

in my experience the people here are helpful and take the time to answer/research any problems or questions. Once in a while there is a mis-hearing or communication glitch, and they've always been quick to right any errors which have resulted, issue refunds, etc. I've ordered from them for several years and am always happy with the products. Returns/refunds are smooth.
