Bare NecessitiesReviews of barenecessities.com

Without reservations I would recommend this company to anyone! I have shopped here many times and they always have my favorite brands! The quality is excellent. I trust them to ship my items as soon as they receive the order. Hands down they are an excellent company to order from! Mrs. Debra Reisinger, R.N. 3277 Forestdale drive Newburgh,Indiana 47630

Sent me the wrong size on purpose and has the nerve to ask me to pay for a return. Ridiculous company. First time buyer who will never buy again.

returns not free!!!!!!!!!!

It's been 11 business days and my package has still not arrived. I ordered on a Monday afternoon and it took Bare Necessities 3 business days--Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday--to pull my order, pack it and ship it. This is after I called late Wednesday afternoon to make sure they had gotten my order, since I had heard nothing from BN except a email order confirmation. The service customer rep on the phone told me my package had been shipped that day. Well, Fed-Ex records say otherwise. Fed-Ex received the shipping information from BN at 9 am on Thursday (ie. when BN created the label) and the package itself at 10 pm on Thursday night. Thursday was 9 days ago and I still have not received what I ordered. Then I found out BN shipped it with Fedex Smartpost which is a Fedex-USPS hybrid and slower than shipping just plain USPS with shipping confirmation. For real...on the same day my BN package left its starting point in PA, I ordered a gift from Staffordshire, England which arrived to me 2 days ago via Royal Mail/USPS. Anyway, my BN package is still not here and looking at the tracking, it probably won't arrive until Monday. That's 15 days and 13 business days after I placed the order. I would have thought that 5-7 business days was enough time to online order, ship from Pennsylvania, and arrive in the Rocky Mountains states, but clearly not. The worst part is that I ordered a bra to go under a dress for an occasion tonight and ended up buying a bra locally since the BN order has yet to arrive...so I no longer need what I ordered from them. I'm planning on refusing the package when it gets here and hope I'm not going to get told that I have to pay for return shipping. Anyway, I got the experience that I paid for--went with cheap and got screwed. Never again with this company. 6.9.17 Edited for starting point. It's PA not NJ, but the concept is the same.

Ordered Montreal full cup bikini top (34G) and I am so Happy! It fits so well!! Good quality, great support, and at a affordable price! I can finally go swimming comfortably with my kids! Thank you so much bare necessities!! And It arrived in 4 days. I'm so happy. I will definitely be buying from them again!!

At the beginning I was so happy to shop there, but I ordered a bra which didn't fit me at all for 100$, so I asked for a return authorization and they they will only refund me 39,10$. The shipping cost when I ordered was about 22$ and for the return the cost became 39,75$. Why don't they mention in their shipping info that the shipping cost will not be the same? They don't refund the original shipping and they tax you another shipping cost ? What is that ? I wanted to return this bra in order to buy another, but I will never shop there again. I will also tell to all my family and friends how bad they are, because everydoby needs to know that. I don't even know why I shopped there.

they shipped me the wrong item and then tells me they will wave the return shipping of $6.95 what kind of business is this very bad customer service and then wants to charge me for the correct item the same day i received the wrong one. returned a item 2 days ago now this is what they tell me about my refund for sending me the wrong item HI Leslie, We process about thousands of returns per day so it can take a few days for the refund to be taken care of. Please give us a few more days, especially since we are in the middle of our Friends and Family sale. Thank you so much for your patience.Kindest Regards, Mette Iacovou Customer Service Supervisor very unhappy Leslie. Mette Iacovou amBRAssador Customer Service Supervisor

I bought a bra for $52.00 with shipping the cup size was too small so I wanted to return it and exchange the item. They sent me an email and said that I would only receive $4.28 cents for the returned item. I will be letting my friends and family know of there horrible service. I will never do business with this company again
