We are so sorry to hear that the delivery of your order has been delayed and that you have not yet received your shipment. We deeply regret that the carriers are contending with shipping delays, but we do try to communicate this transparently in your confirmation emails. We want to ensure that you are refunded for the amount that you had paid for the expedited shipping - please just reach out to our Customer Service Team via phone at 1-877-728-9272 to provide your order number - or via email at [email protected] - so that we can rectify this promptly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding in this matter. We completely agree - as stated above, you should, and WILL, be reimbursed for the cost of the expedited shipping. In order to do so, we just need to know your order number. You can reach out via Phone, Email, or Chat - but the only information provided on this review is that your name is Sue, and unfortunately I cannot locate an order with that limited amount of information. We will promptly refund you for the shipping cost and will provide you with an accommodation for your inconvenience as well - we just need the information in order to do so. We sincerely regret that this occurred and want to endeavor to resolve this as swiftly as possible.

We are truly sorry to hear that the delivery of your order was delayed due to issues with the carrier. Once the parcel ships from our warehouse, we rely on the carrier to deliver your order in a timely manner, and when that does not occur as expected, sadly it is a circumstance beyond our control. We strive to fulfill all orders in a prompt fashion, and when your parcel was not delivered as expected, we issued you a full refund for the price of your order. We reviewed the correspondence pertaining to your order and do see that once you did receive the order, a return label was mailed out to you the very same day you requested it. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope that we will have the pleasure of assisting you with your intimate apparel needs again in the future.
