I have never had a customer service rep be as knowledgable and helpful as Brandi Macholl. She explained so much about bra fitting, aspects of various brands and was really able to pinpoint the style and brand for me. She spent 1/2hr with me. She was so cheerful with a sense of humor. I told her from now on I will only purchase from her. Employees like Brandi need to be appreciated and rewarded for what they do for the customers on behalf of your company.

I cannot thank you enough, Marissa (CSR and BFE) for providing me with such an exceptional assistance. I had to return a bra that did not fit me well (I bought USA size for a UK brand-was small). Exceptional Marissa made the process so easy when I was overwhelmed with brands and sizes. She walked me through over the phone with fitting, asking me all the right questions and was able to select another one exactly what I was looking for. She was so professional, patient, kind and most importantly knowledgeable about her job and the website. For that I thank her very much and the company for providing great quality bras. Prices are a bit in the higher range, but I will be on the lookout for sales. So I can buy most of the favorable suggestions Marissa provided. Looking forward to receiving my new brand and much better size bra in the mail soon. So grateful for representatives like you Marissa! Thank you is an understatement for the service you provided me!

I presented Elyse with a wish to find a comfortable well fitting bra even though my cup size had diminished by one size. She was enthusiastic and focused positively that this was possible. Her knowledge of fabric and fit was enormous and I ended up with the perfect bra for me-delivered!

Unfortunately, the return process has been an utter shambles from UK, and I will never use this company again as a result. I ordered two bras back in July, one of which I decided to return. I discussed the matter with a customer service agent, and they offered a return service via BorderFree, which I assumed was free. Wrong, I later learned that they would charge me nearly £20 (!) for returning one bra, which I could have posted back for around £7 myself. After chasing the refund for the bra they received on 28th July via tracked Royal Mail 48 hrs service, I am still waiting for my refund on 22nd August. I have now asked PayPal to step in to make sure I will get my money back.

I ordered several items from Bare Necessities. I had planned to pay with PayPal in dollars, but they automatically changed the prices to show up in my local currency, so I had to use my credit card. At the checkout, they added taxes, which is okay. I don't like surprises. But then after a few days, I got the first bad surprise. An email from a company called APG Ecommerce claimed to collect taxes for my order and wanted my ID number. They asked for an amount in British Pounds, not my local currency. I wrote and asked Bare Necessities to cancel my order. They received my email, but I learned later that they by mistake deleted it without replying. Then I received a notice that said my order was shipped. By then I feared that my 689 NIS (around $213) was lost, because I would not pay taxes a second time, and my order had not been cancelled. So I wrote again to Bare Necessities. This time they replied the following day. They deeply regretted my bad experience, and they didn't understand why the carrier could charge any additional taxes. They refunded my payment and offered that I could keep the order as a token of their appreciation of my business. I will not accept this, though, and the order will be automatically returned (unless the carrier doesn't do that, I don't know). Anyway, Bare Necessities managed to turn around the experience from a bad one to an okay one. They did what they could to fix the problem. Still, it seems that if you order from Israel then the carrier will claim the taxes again (with their fees for doing so) and in GBP, not NIS. This may be a local problem for Israel, I don't know.

SO nice to transact with some who knows their job!!!!! Ashley was PERFECT in her professional, courteous, and patient, handling of my issue with an order!! Usually I am full of dread when asking for help changing an order, but ASHLEY was perfect in every way and expedient. PLEASE make her a Customer Service Trainer. I was skeptical about how getting fitted for a large-cup sports bra would work over the phone, but Suki at Bare Necessities was a service SUPER STAR!!! She provided such thorough research with both mathematical formulas and her own bra-fitting knowledge that she turned the act of bra shopping -- a process I dread about as much as going to the DMV -- into an informative and fun experience. Since I had recently lost 30 lbs. of Covid weight, I wasn't sure what my bra size would be. Her friendly attitude and suggestions made it easy to compare info from my current and old bras as well as measuring myself in order to get the perfect fit for a sports bra. Plus, I learned how to tell if a bra actually fits. As we were wrapping up the sports bra fitting, I decided that I better take advantage of her awesome assistance, so I asked her to help me with two additional everyday bras. Great customer service! I needed help selecting a supportive bikini top. At first I selected the wrong style and size. A customer service rep helped me through getting a different style in the right size and getting it shipped to me quickly.
