Thank you so much for letting us know about this unfortunate situation that occurred when placing your recent order. We are so disappointed to hear that your swimsuits did not arrive in time for your trip. Sadly, the order was placed just five minutes before our shipping cutoff and your order did not make it onto the truck with orders shipping out that day, and we regret that you did not get to have these beautiful garments for your vacation. I see that you have been refunded in full for your order and that a representative had offered to ship you a replacement parcel to your vacation destination with expedited shipping. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding and do hope that you will return to shop with us again in the future.
