Thank you for letting us know that there was an issue with your recent order. We just reviewed your order, and the size that you had selected for the two styles you had ordered was 38DD. This would have been clearly stated during the checkout process, and also on your order confirmation, and then again on your shipment confirmation. If you had contacted our Customer Service Team to let us know that was not the size you intended to order, we would have promptly rectified that for you so that you received the size you needed. We are so sorry for any inconvenience, and will be more than happy to have a member of our team reach out to you on Monday to assist with getting this resolved. We have waived the return shipping fee on your order so that you will not incur any cost to return these items to us, and have initiated a return so that you will receive a prepaid return label via email. We want to be able to assist you with getting the size that will provide you with the perfect fit, and will expedite the shipping at no additional cost to you so that we can get the new garments to you as quickly as possible. We value you as a customer, and look forward to speaking with you soon to get this all taken care of!

Thank you for reaching out to let us know about the issue with the shipping of your order. We just took a look into the status and see that you just placed this order today. We do offer expedited shipping options if you need your order delivered via a quicker method, but you had selected Standard Shipping during the checkout process which does quote 5-7 business days and is delivered by US Postal Service. When delivering to a PO Box as your order is, this is the only method available since other carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, as we are sure you are aware. In addition, deliveries to the shipping address you had selected have been impacted by extreme weather conditions in the area. Upon reviewing the tracking information for your parcel, however, we are pleased to inform you that it does show the expected delivery date is Monday, March 1st - which is less than one week away, not the two weeks as stated above. Based on this information, we do hope that you will consider editing your review - and we also hope that if there is anything we can do to assist you with your future orders, that you will reach out to our Customer Service Team, as we would be happy to offer upgraded shipping to you as a courtesy.
