Hi Tamires, We’re very sorry to hear how upsetting this experience has been, and we understand how serious it is to lose access to important files and recordings. Our support team has reached out to you directly with additional confirmation regarding this case. Based on the logs we reviewed, the account deletion was initiated from the user’s end and was not performed by Async as part of the migration or by our internal team. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. If you have any further questions about the information shared by our support team, please reply directly to that support thread so we can continue assisting you there. -The Async Team

Hi there, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation has been. We reviewed our previous conversations and can see that when the recovery link was initially provided 4 months ago, you confirmed that you were able to access the recording. Unfortunately, the next time we heard from you regarding the corrupted file was 4 months later. That said, we sincerely apologize for not clearly communicating that the recovery link and backup file would only remain available for 30 days. We understand how upsetting it is to lose important, irreplaceable work, and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the technical issues and support responses. We know generic troubleshooting is not helpful when you’re dealing with repeated problems, and we’ll be sharing your feedback with our team so we can improve both the product experience and how we communicate with users. Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience and understand your disappointment. -The Async Team

Hi Veronica, Thank you so much for this thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear that you’ve been with us since the Podcastle.ai days and that Async has continued to be the right platform for you. It means a lot to know that, as a beginner, you found the platform easy to use and felt supported along the way. We also really appreciate your kind words about our customer service. AI is powerful, but we completely agree that sometimes real help from a real person makes all the difference. Thank you for recommending Async to other beginners. We’re grateful to have you in our community! -The Async Team

Hi Michael, We are truly sorry for the frustration this experience has caused. It is never our intention to catch our users off guard with unexpected billing. To help clarify how our trial process is designed: Reminder Emails: We automatically send out a notification email 48 hours before the 7-day trial ends to give you a heads-up. Downgrading: You can cancel or downgrade your account at any point during those 7 days to prevent any automated charges. We understand that our strict refund policy is incredibly frustrating when an email is missed or a renewal goes through. While we aren't able to offer a different outcome regarding the charge, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we continually look for ways to improve our communication and user experience. We wish you the very best moving forward. -The Async Team
