async.comAsync is an AI video creation platform for creators, solopreneurs, and small businesses who want to make polished videos without learning video editing.Instead of working through complex timelines, menus, and multiple tools, you can simply chat with Async and tell it what you want to create or change. Turn raw footage, ideas, or AI-generated scenes into ready-to-post videos - from podcasts and social clips to ads, explainers, tutorials, and more.Async helps with the time-consuming parts of video creation: editing, cutting filler, adding subtitles, translating and dubbing content, improving audio, reframing videos for different platforms, generating voiceovers, creating AI avatars, and repurposing long-form content into short-form clips. Our goal is simple: help anyone make videos like they have a team, even if they don’t have editing skills, a production crew, or hours to spend on post-production.

They trick you with the subscriptions and make it hard to unsubscribe. Most companies don't try to trap you but they do.

Hi. We have a 7-day refund policy from your initial subscription date. You requested a refund more than 30 days later, which we are unfortunately unable to process.

I try to depend on this software, which constantly gives me trouble. I even went pro, only to find out that a file had mysteriously disappeared. You've got to be freaking kidding me. I've got to find another alternative!

Please read this. I've used them for several podcast recordings and have constantly run into issues with their platform. Today I completely lost the audio and my guest's video due to "a bug in the system", so they say. I've previously lost my own audio and video in another recording. And their platform almost never exports videos in the format you select (again, "a bug"). I'd estimate they've wasted 30 hours of my life, and I've recorded 8 episodes so far. Hopeless. Try another option. I will be.

After a decent selection of online tools, we decided to record our podcast series with Podcastle. After a great tryout, we scheduled to record our podcast. All seemed fine. Apparently, Podcastle does major software updates during the day, but doesn't announce them to its users or on their social media. Resulting in a recorded podcast where half of the recording was missing, due to update errors. Instead of shutting down the software, they kept it accessible. They didn't even bothered to decently lookup if the missing audio was somewhere on their servers. We had to re-record the entire episode, which resulted in over $300 in extra costs. Their response on this? They offered me a 1 month free upgrade... The customer support agent who helped me was rude, condescending and pointed fingers to a paying customer, because we shouldn't have recorded our podcast during a software update. I have cancelled my subscription, will never use Podcastle and have chosen Riverside FM. Which in the end is superior to Podcastle.

Bait and switch! The big print gave a monthly subscription cost. I clicked it to try it, and it charged me a year's subscription at once. After less than 5 minutes of trying the online app, I found that the noise reduction editing app did not have enough flexibility to do what I needed - it just made the recording sound tinny. Now I have a year's subscription. I requested a refund but did not receive any reply despite them claiming to have a 2-hour turnaround for customer service enquiries. Take your business to a reputable sound editing software company instead!
Not ur average P.
Customer support is absolute garbage. “We are a freemium” LUL say you charge for features and go. Your “free” stuff isn’t even good, so how are we supposed to know we want to PAY for something that’s crap to begin with? You’re just like every other witch babe, every other witch.

Very disrespectful company they refused to refund even that I didn't use their service, there was no information about which language they support so I paid and after I paid I contacted them immediately to ask for a refund as my language was not supported.
