Excellent User Interface with Friendly Customer Service
The async software has an excellent user interface, with helpful AI tools. As a novice audio assistant, I edit our company's podcast, and the async software makes our episodes sound as if they were produced by a veteran team of audio experts. I'm also grateful for the friendly customer service, with occasional follow-ups on any questions or concerns I have with the software.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. they stole 143 dollars from me for a YEARS worth of service i NEVER wanted or signed any contracts for. The day they charged me i responded immediately and they said "too bad, no refunds"

Because the account was properly notified before the subscription renewed, we were unfortunately unable to make an exception to our refund policy. Predatory scammers
I signed up and cancelled the app the SAME DAY, but they charged me three times a few days later, then double charged me for months before I figured it out. They say I had three subscriptions, but how? Customer service is TERRIBLE and worse than useless. They tell me to look for multiple workspaces but I DO NOT have additional workspaces. I have no way to access these mystery subscriptions. They apparently allow you to inadvertently sign up multiple subscriptions to extract more of your money and then make it impossible to cancel. This is despicable, hostile, malicious design. I had to go through my bank to reverse all of the fraudulent charges and block the merchant.

One of those subscriptions had been cancelled, but the other two remained active, which is why additional charges continued to occur. I want to praise the customer support…
I want to praise the customer support team for their prompt and efficient service in getting a billing issue resolved. It was my issue (not theirs), but they worked diligently to help me find the answer, and found it very quickly!

great software
I have to say, Async has been a complete lifesaver. I used to use Discord and OBS to record my walkthroughs and interviews with developers. That all changed when someone suggested this software. It made everything so much easier. Not only could I do group chats, but it also gave me the ability to boost or reduce individual people's audio levels with ease. On top of that, with the software I use—DaVinci Resolve—I can remove background noise, so the whole workflow is incredibly smooth. I've got to say, I'd give it a solid 9 out of 10. So 7 out of 10. The only reason I wouldn't give it a perfect score is because there's always room to add more features and improve it further. Other than that, it's brilliant. A total lifesaver for the work I do managing social media and creating content for MicroProse. I genuinely couldn't imagine going back to the way I used to do things.

Simple and convenient
I've been using Podcastle - now Async - for many years now for recording my podcast and creating video content for social media. And I've been very happy for the quality and simplicity of it all. The price is just right. Everything not perfect, but the costumer service is always trying to help to make it better. Which is nice.

I am a bit slow with technology
I am a bit slow with technology. Yet, when I went to Async it took all my worries away. I simply upload sound track, upload a picture, input a message and say create story with these. Images. One example, I adore bird sounds and was a witness to a coyote on early morning walk. I was able to upload the bird sound,show the coyotee and put the whole scene together. Last night I had a recording engineer review it and he said, "That is impressive!" If I can figure it out, I am going to tell all my friends.
