Hi Carlease, We’re really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been running into with your audio, especially when it’s affecting the quality of your recordings like this. We’d really like to investigate what’s causing that background voice issue, but at the moment we’re not able to find a recent support conversation from you about this specific problem. Could you please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and mention your Trustpilot review so we can locate your case quickly and look into it properly? We’d genuinely like to understand what’s causing this and help. -The Async Team

Hi Britney, We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. Users do not need to add a payment method to use Async at all - it’s possible to sign up on our Basic plan and try certain features that way. A payment method is only required if a user chooses to start a trial for a paid plan. We can also see that you reached out to our team asking how to cancel, and our team replied in time with the cancellation steps. When Async is opened on mobile web, the site also clearly states that a desktop is required. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back from you with additional information. Our team is always here to help clarify things and assist. -The Async Team
