A complete scam. I wish there were zero stars
I wish there were zero stars. This product is completely useless and a scam. The product doesn't work, then it asks you to upgrade saying if you just upgrade to the next level and the next it will actually work - guess what, it still doesn't. And then they make it impossible to unsubscribe and charge you $287 for never even using the product. The customer service is shameful. As someone who has worked in creator marketing for over 15 years, I was really looking forward to testing this product for potential use across my entire agency. They could have done the decent thing and just refunded me. Instead of just losing a user, I will now make sure to warn all creators and professionals I work with against this product.

As soon as I opened it for the first time and tried out the tools—like the video editor—I was amazed and impressed by how easy and intuitive it was to achieve what I wanted with just two clicks. So, if you get the chance to try it out, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. 100% recommended!

Super responsive customer service
I started as a Podcastle user and Async is the new and extremely Customer-friendly new version of one of my favorite tools. I have a long history of learning new skills as guided by the platform’s chat options. When the ai was giving me weird results- and costing me credits — I sent an email and got VERY quick and satisfactory responses! I’m going to keep learning and creating with Async!

I've been using Async for over a year…
I've been using Async for over a year now to produce my podcast and my social videos. The simple use and feature packed platform allows me to easily create and publish content. The easy in which i could start up the business was a major factor in selecting Async. I encourage anyone who is thinking of creating content who might be a little worried about the complexity of the tools required to give Async a go, you wont regret it.... cheers enjoy !!
