Apex Gaming wanted to make sure the PC met my needs, which made the experience amazing. Apex kept in constant communication with updates from the time they started the build until the PC was delivered to my doorstep. Definitely was a great choice to purchase a PC through Apex Gaming.

It did exactly what I bought it for, I can play games at high fps and graphics without no problems and have a lot of storage!

I love the service and you actually have a way to contact someone and I have had multiple devices for my son each one a little better than the last but none have been able to support what he wanted to do on the devices but I believe this will work and you can get a PC easily.

Don't make it seem like your really concerned about the tech call before shipping the computer. Made the appointment and low and behold no call. Waited around for an hour. So no thank you and I will be cancelling my order.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused. Your order was for a ready-to-ship system, which is typically processed and shipped quickly before any customization or modification appointments take place. The meeting you scheduled was intended to discuss potential modifications rather than being a required step before your computer shipped. We apologize for the missed appointment and understand how disappointing that experience was. If you still have any questions about your order or would like to discuss your options, our team would be happy to help.

Robert at support was amazing. I was having issues with my pc booting and connecting with my monitors and he took the time at almost closing time to help me resolve my issues. Robert deserves a raise.
