Explained the issue I had. Support staff member, Tim, got me set up with a video chat then walked me through steps for him to examine inner components. Instructed me how to reassemble and had me up and running in a total of twenty minutes. Tim was also very professional, polite and courteous!!!

I ordered an Apex Alpha PC with extra customizations for the specs and hardware. I needed a new PC badly and ASAP - my current one was outdated years ago and really started chugging even on basic tasks. The price is worth what you get - the support team is proactive and quick to reply, and my PC came with a warranty for a few years and lifetime support. I'm thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and speed of the support team. My PC came fully put together, all I had to do was strip off some packaging and film, connect it all, and set it up! Runs fantastic and I am satisfied.
