Son loves his new PC. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars was some of the confusion after placing the order. We scheduled for a call and then that didn't happen. We also didn't receive a pertinent order number to be able to effectively communicate with staff. Overall good experience, but some areas of improvement on the communication front would make it a stellar 5 star experience.

I got my new pc! What can I say, the only issues I had was i got an email stating my pc shipped but i never got tracking info. I was told that email went out in error and my shipment was delayed due to Apex ordering more processors but then I got my pc sooner than the new ETA so I guess that's pretty sweet. They responded quick so I don't hold that against them. Upon arrival, the machine was basically ready to go. There was one jumper that disconnected from the motherboard. Probably loose and the expanding foam they fill the pc with pushing out. There was also a residue on one panel I assume was left by the expanding foam but a razer took it right off. And my last issue was that the hard drive was not partitioned correctly and the showed on 114 gigs of space, most of which was used by the OS. But a couple clicks in the partition manager fixed that. Over all a great experience. A bit pricey but I wasn't trying to order everything piece by piece and it was worth it not having to do any of the work. All the issues were very minor and easily fixed. The partition is the only thing I feel was on Apex but it's no like the HDD was the defective or the wrong size so... five stars!

Absolutely love the pc! The lights are beautiful, it runs smoothly! Absolutely what I was looking for. The only downside is that it tends to crash a lot but I don’t know if that’s the pc or something on my end

Very satisfied with my purchase!! My PC runs all of the games I want to play on ultra settings. Definitely recommend!!!

I am still a beginner when it comes to building PCs and the customer service at Apex was phenomenal in helping me choose the correct hardware needed for the games I play. The website is also extremely easy to navigate.

I ordered my PC impatiently hoping to be rid of my old dying one asap, unfortunately there was a long period before my computer was shipped, I'm assuming for reasonable reasons, building the PC, gathering the pieces. Whatever it may be. But that doesn't change the fact it took 6 weeks for my computer to arrive. The PC was great, no issues, just what I wanted. If you have no rush to get a great PC indefinitely recommend

I really liked the pc, it was my first time buying from them. I wish I knew I had to speak to one of the people who built them to see what I was gonna use the pc for and customize it for my needs which I greatly appreciated.

Overall is good experience I appreciate the phone calls one on one but would try and find another way since not everyone likes talking on the phone or can do to work schedules or what not. Other than that my system works great and the staff were kind to deal with.
