I had an amazing experience with the apex team. When placing the order I met with wyat about my pc and what I would be using it for and the games I like to play. No other company I have ever ordered from has spent time to understand me and what I want to do with the item I am buying.

My PC came in a white case which wasn’t made known to me. Some of the customer support knew what they were doing and others were just jerks about it. Other than that the pc is running great!

Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know how your PC is performing! We're glad to hear that it’s running great, but we’re sorry to hear about your experience with the case color and some of our customer support interactions. We understand how important it is to receive the exact product you expect, and we apologize if the case color wasn’t communicated clearly. Additionally, we take customer service very seriously, and it's disappointing to hear that some of our team members did not meet your expectations. If there's anything else we can assist you with, or if you have further feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing Apex Gaming PCs!

My PC got to me after almost a month and a half they kept telling me different time it would get to me and ultimately just bad communication. I understand there was delays due to the hurricane in Texas but most the problems was the inconsistency of the timeline of when I was going to receive my PC

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Your PC was ordered during a time period in which we were dealing with widespread power issues in the Houston area due to Hurricane Beryl. This did cause delays for many inbound shipments, as well as UPS pickups, so we do apologize that your order was delayed. All customers were notified of these delays and provided options in light of these delays but we apologize if those resolutions were not enough. Rest assured we have further developed our response plan to any incoming natural disasters so we can be better prepared next time!

One month since I've been using my pc and it runs great. Everything loads extremely fast and smooth. Gpu and cpu stay cool even when playing the most graphically demanding games. Pc came in 2 very sturdy boxes and was extremely easy to set up. After the initial purchase in July, one of their tech specialists gave me a call and informed me of all the pc parts it will have and gave me in great detail what each one was for and recommended upgrades based on my personal gaming preferences and style. All in all, great experience, 5 out of 5 starts. I would most likely use this company again for future pc purchases and recommend to friends.
