I had some last minute add ons and the customer service rep was very helpful, also had delays in which they kept me informed what was going on the entire time. My computer itself works amazingly, I had everything installed on an external hardrive so I plugged it in and was ready to go playing baulders gate on ultra graphics with no issues. Happy as can be

The build quality is amazing. The company is very friendly and responsive. I would’ve given this a full five stars except for the a few delays in the shipping process that were communicated to me until after I reached out directly. Customer service was excellent and professional during any and all conversations between myself and the Apex team. Would highly recommend.

Fast response from Apex Staffing. My only wish, being more tech savvy when I put this Apex Alpha w a i5 Intel, Nvidia GeForce RTX 1660ti, 32gb ram, overclocked and plenty SSD and HDD storage. The unit is my Monst3r machine, nicknamed after my granddaughter cuz she's fast, easy to use and navigate. I just wish I would have taken more initiative on tech research. Was a fairly fast build, received a veterans discount and I DON'T REGRET my Monst3r, considering I started flying dcs simulator with a Dell inspirion laptop lol.. Great Job Apex!

Excellent service and timely returns on emails and phone calls. I ordered the Apex Gold with some upgrades swapped an Intel i3 for an i5 and upgraded to a 4060Ti with a 1tb NVIDIA SSD. They also upgraded the case for me (twice) for free. Great company all around and I’m satisfied with my new computer!
