A little backstory about how I decided to get my next PC from Apex: Been following this Youtube streamer Tag and his community since the start of COVID. Lurking for over 4 years now and decided to show a little bit of support by ordering a new PC from one of his sponsored links. About the PC and Apex: The first thing I wanted to bring attention to is the lead time for parts. I customized some of the base specs and I believe this was a build-to-order type purchase. That said, it took somewhere around 2 months for the PC to show up at my doorstep. However, Apex was very responsive and involved throughout the whole process. They even called me directly on a few occasions to advise on some changes based on some of the specs that I picked out which I found very helpful. Had the PC for about a year now and I have nothing to complain about. It runs great and Apex has graciously helped me with any issues that I have found/reported. It's comforting to know that the support they provide comes with great service. Completely pleased with my decision to get this through Tag and Apex.

This is a highly professional company. I really appreciated having a live conversation with a representative to go over my customized selections. There's a line somewhere between optimizing for my needs vs upsell, but overall I think it was helpful to ensure that the PC I was having built for my kid met his needs. There was a hurricane in the middle of the testing / shipping process, and the company sent out detailed updates every day. I was really impressed with their communications during what must have been a stressful time both at work and for the employees personally. The PC had some blue screen of death issues and required a Windows re-install. This turned out to be a bit complicated and there was a lot of back-and-forth, but they were responsive and I eventually got everything sorted. The build quality seems to be excellent. I appreciate the sturdy metal-and-glass cabinet, the multiple fans, the clean cabling, and the colored lights (a bit frilly but kind of cool-looking). Most important of all, this gaming PC (our first one) runs the games and especially the graphics-heavy flight simulator that my kid wanted it for. Since he's away at camp now, I've been hopping on to do some Photoshop stuff that my work PC barely handles. It's quite the luxury! Overall I'm quite satisfied with my experience with this company and would definitely recommend them. They're professional, communicative, and build a good product.

PC works great and was packaged very well. I had a lot of trouble during initial setup but their amazing and personable support helped me get it up and running. Haven’t had any trouble since.
