The Apex Gaming PC runs great with no issues. Setup was quick and easy. Apex had setup videos that were very easy to find and follow. The games run without any problem. The computer is quiet and has no mechanical issues.

The PC is great the customer service was alright but it was rather expensive and when it arrived my wifi adapter didn't work then a week later I got another one and that didn't work either but it wasn't the companies fault ofc.

i do enjoy the computer i got but i greatly disliked that i was never informed when delays had occurred and as well, my pc got delayed by a long time because someone on the apex team made an invoice that i was going to buy extended warranty even though i did not, and that when i ask why the pc was taking a long time to ship out, i had to ask why it was being delayed 4 times over the course of 2 weeks before they told me that the invoice existed

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. While we’re pleased to hear that you're enjoying your new PC, we sincerely apologize for the frustrations you encountered during the order process. It’s clear that we didn’t meet your expectations regarding communication, especially with the delays and the misunderstanding with the warranty invoice. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and your feedback highlights areas where we can improve. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to face such delays without timely updates, and we are reviewing our processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If there’s anything we can do to make things right or assist you further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

The pc runs really well and delivery was 2 days after I placed the order. I wish I had selected the rgb option so that it lit up more. I was not able to add this after delivery by myself
