Apex Gaming PCsReviews of apexgamingpcs.com

I bought a desktop computer from Apex Gaming PCs, and I bought the model Apex Gold. >I absolutely love this desktop computer! It came beautifully packaged - not a piece at all was damaged, marked, scuffed, or anything, which was such a relief, as I was wary about buying a computer from online, but I had nothing to worry about as everything came with no damage. I was relieved. They also offer tracking so you can see your computer go every step of the way until it gets to you. The shipping time took a little long, about 3 weeks, but that was okay as I was willing to wait since I wasn't under any time crunch. >The computer itself was very easy to put together, and the people who work at Apex sent videos of how to put it together, and of which I felt thankful for the consideration. >Special shoutout to Brandon Walker and Vince Royales who helped me with everything, from talking on the phone with me to answering promptly with emails. >The Apex Team sent me all the information I needed, and provided tons of additional resources should I need them, helpful 'how to's and videos their company makes for their clients to watch if they need more help understanding equipment, the computer, how to install things, how to set up their devices, etc. So so thoughtful, and they're only a call away which is super nice. their response time is super quick! they're totally more than willing to go into depth explaining all the details and thoroughly going over each question I had and I really appreciated that, because I didn't have a clue of how to put this together and their team is so patient and understanding. >The computer itself runs like a dream. Everything is easy to install, loads swiftly, plays all the software I've downloaded just fine. There's lots of USB ports and stuff for easy convenient access, and honestly, everything looks and works exactly as expected! Which is perfect. There are three fans for my setup, and fun colour changing lights! It's a good size, too, and I don't have any worries about overheating issues or instability issues, I feel very confident this computer was built to last and function really well. >Also, a tip! I personally bluetooth - linked my desktop to my Google Dot / Amazon Alexa so that I wouldn't need to purchase speakers for my desktop and it worked perfectly and plays sound in good quality. >I have no complaints at all regarding the customer service, the packaging, the transportation, or the desktop itself. This computer is also really good for work and school usage. Truly a wonderful desktop computer and attentive reps that helped me every step of the way when ordering this computer online. 10/10 >This computer is so perfect, I am very relieved it is everything I asked for, as sometimes you really can't tell how things will turn up on your doorstep when you order things online. I'm happy to state that Apex Gaming is a very reliable and legitimate company and really is so earnest and honest in their standards and I just really appreciate their passion as well. >When I'm clocking out for the day, and I find myself taking the long train commute home, I'm always looking forward to a nice night of opening the windows, making a mug of hot chocolate, and settling in for the night. I turn my computer on, and the fans start blowing, and by the time the computer starts it's RGB light cycle of rainbow colors, I know I'm about to start an awesome gaming session well earned after a hard day of work. :) Here are the modifications for my desktop if you are wanting to also buy the same model I have: Features : Apex Gold Intel Core i3-12100F 4-Core 4.3 GHz Apex 240MM High Performance AIO Liquid Cooler AsRock B660M Pro RS 16GB DDR4-3600 (Non-RGB) (2 Sticks) AMD Radeon RX 7600 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD (Up to 5,000 MB/S) 450W/500W Power Supply (Apex, Cooler Master, SilverStone, Manik, and Seasonic) Apex Black Fans WiFi and Bluetooth Capability (Up To 1200 MB/s) Windows 11 Home PC Shipped In 2-4 Weeks (Average Lead Time Is 12 Business Days)

Apex Gaming has made me a great Pc and it runs ok, there are some issues though. First, when I got my pc one of the ram sticks was broken. Second, it took a while to make and be delivered. Besides those two problems they have great customer support. I recommend Apex Gaming PCs

The customer service was great they helped me with any questions I had regarding my pc. The pc itself is also quite good. The website itself is quite clear and easy to navigate made it easy for my 16 year old self to buy a pc. Would buy a better if I had more money.

I’m very happy about apex’s product, it works well and is very easy to set up

I got a apex gaming PC for my birthday and boy do I not regret it at all!!!! I haven't been able to play Minecraft since 2020, at least not anything past 1.16 because anything further than that would lag to heck, and I'm having a blast with this pc!!! I can play with shades and everything in the most recent updates! If you use a loan with affirm they won't start building till they get the first payment which is totally valid so they don't get scammed out of a whole computer. But once I got the computer it was easy to set up and is still awesome to use a month later! Best birthday present ever.

Experts were helpful, building was simple, and it runs amazing!

The building process on my PC was never started due to a pushback on my loan for it. They never checked that this was settled, so my PC sat for 2 months, unbuilt. Customer Service is very kind and helpful, but that was really my only good experience from this.

Apex Gaming PCs was very informative throughout the whole process of getting my pc. From beginning to end. They asked me in the beginning what I intended to do with my pc and even what colors I have for my theme. Simple things that go a long way. When there were problems they would tell me. When it was delayed they told me why, and even with all that I still got my PC in less than a month. Incredible wait time considering they said it would take a month when purchasing. They really put care into their process and it shows with how they treat you and the PC. Order from them, NOW!
