Apex Gaming PCsReviews of apexgamingpcs.com

They built my computer exactly to the specs and did an amazing job communicating upgrade and where in the process everything was. When I got the pc I was able to do everything I wanted and could have asked for a better product.

I am very pleased with my new PC. My husband and I went through a few different websites before settling on APEX. It was through Syntac (a youtuber) that I got the recommendation and I have to say the whole process was very easy even if I had to do it again by myself I would have been able to. The website is set up in a way its easy to choose what you want and everything is upfront. The process you go through after the Pc is bought is also thoughtful, I appreciate that they take the time to do a call with you to discuss the PC itself. I also appreciate that they email updates every few days on where the process is at, so I wasn't stuck waiting and wondering when my PC was going to be ready. it only took about 3 weeks to get shipped and only three days to get to my house. It was well packaged and arrived pristine condition. Was easy to set up (took about 45 minutes to set up with all the updates) and runs wonderfully. The only issue, is that the Wifi adator was a loss, my Netgear adaptor I already had was leaps and bounds better then the one they had, which I think they should certainly look into getting a different supplier for it. I have to have a Wifi Adaptor because I cant run a cable through the house where I live unfortunatly. But over all I am thrilled and will be recommending this company to anyone looking for a prebuilt. THANK YOU APEX.

From the time that I ordered my computer to the tech help I needed after delivery- customer service was top notch! You communicated every step of the way, making feel at ease with the process of my order. The gentleman that spent HOURS on the phone with me trying to trouble shoot the internet connection deserves a pay raise! He was patient, knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel stupid when I couldn’t figure out what the heck was wrong. Come to find out my internet provider was crap! You have earned a life long customer! Thank You for everything!!! Anna Larson

The PC stopped operating at optimal performance after only a few days. The only game that is used on the PC is the game it was designed as a special model for (Austin Farmer for Farming simulator).

They sent us a notice that they were cancelling our order unless we gave them more banking information. We assumed they were a fraud and deleted the e-mail. They then billed us the full price for the computer. After a number of attempts to reach them, they refunded most of the money, but held back close to 20%. After numerous attempts to contact them to ask why they said they had a restocking fee. They cancelled the order and refused to return our money. They are criminals in my mind.

I got my pc and everything went well.

It works greatly so far and no issues!

I got what I asked for and everything has been working great! This pc has exceeded my son’s expectations.
