AJ Madison lies in their delivery estimate taking advantage of the perception Amazon has created with their fast delivery. They have no ability to deliver anywhere near the dates given. Customer Service = No The third party delivery company (AM Home Delivery) never showed up on the twice confirmed day. Their representatives sound like they are heavily medicated and don’t care. The background noise also indicates these representatives are working remotely. One of them must have been on the runway at an airport. The others were probably at rehab centers. Lie to your customers and see what happens.

Do not buy from this company! They delivered a defective product, which the delivery person plugged in, and told us it is now a used product because it was plugged in and they won’t accept a return. We called them within hours of the delivery and followed their policy and their only solution is for us to take time off from work to accommodate up to two repair visits. I never signed for the unit either, and the delivery person gave me no time to inspect it. This company is fraudulent. Read the reviews, do not buy from them.

Jessica was very professional and concerned about the matter of our stove being damaged when it arrvied to my home. We love the stove but was worried about not using it until a new one arrived. With a family of 4, it is hard not cooking for uour kids and explaining way. But Jessica came up with a solution that did not make us wait 3 to 4 weeks without cooking meals for our kids and gave us a partial refund where we can start to use the stove and get a repair man to come fix the 2 sides thay are crushed in. Of course I would have loved to have a perfect stove that we worked hard for but praying it can be fixed now because we are on a tight budget and it took months to save up for this one. Jessica was understand and quick to response to my emails. We love the look of the atove and will be making our first meal of spaghetti on it tonight for the kids.

BE AWARE of awful customer service and misrepresentations from sales. Sales team misrepresented what was included in "full" Service delivery. Of course is it upcharged. They apparently don't remove packaging - though it was a specific conversation with the salesperson about the need for this. I was assured it was included in "full" service. When I called customer service I got an unprofessional rep who literally laughed as if this was the most ridiculous concept to expect that they would remove the packaging. His words when I said I would include this in my review...well any comments are good advertising so go ahead. Won't be using them again for my next rehab. Hows that for good advertising. BTW it wasn't my first issue with the order.

I purchased a Whirlpool commercial washer (Model CHW9160GW1) from AJ Madison on July 15, 2026 for my commercial bed and breakfast. The machine displayed an error code on its very first power-up and has never run a single load of laundry in the nearly a month since delivery. AJ Madison arranged three repair visits through their authorized repair company. None resolved the problem. On the third visit the technician discovered additional defective components, told me the machine should simply be returned and replaced, and left it still non-functional. The repair company has no path forward without ordering yet more parts for a fourth visit. I formally requested a full refund and the opportunity to upgrade to a Speed Queen — a product AJ Madison also carries — with my $500+ in documented laundromat costs applied as compensation for the business impact of going without a working washer during peak B&B season. After initially responsive customer service, AJ Madison went completely silent and did not respond to my formal refund request for over 48 hours despite an explicit deadline. I have since filed a formal dispute with my bank and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am purchasing my replacement washer from a different supplier. The customer service representative I dealt with was polite and appeared to genuinely try to help within her authority — this review is not about her personally. The failure here is at the product and corporate resolution level. A brand new commercial appliance that never works, followed by a month of failed repairs and ultimately no response to a reasonable refund request, is not acceptable from any retailer. I operated my business for nearly a month running to the laundromat at significant cost because of this experience. I would not purchase from AJ Madison again and cannot recommend them for commercial appliance purchases.
