I ordered several items in 3 different orders. All my orders where shipped very fast. Concidering that shipping can be slow due to COVID-19. We love our 2 custom blankets as well as the custom pillow. I also ordered 2 posters which I used to wrap my original airline trolley.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Worst company i have ever come across shopping online and i use online shopping for everything. Ordered 20th January and still no watch strap. Tracking system utterly useless, never up to date. Customer services contacted 20x via email, Facebook messenger, and phone from the UK to the USA. Still no help just kept saying it will arrive or we will let customer services know. When i called customer services it sounded like it was a lady in her living room. Sounded very much like a con act. Still no product. Paid £12 delivery fee and for what. I wish i had never bought from then. Asked for a refund several times and been totally ignored. Im trying to think of something good to give you all but the only good advice i can give you is AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very happy with my purchase. I received the Italian passport bag pretty quickly. When another item comes along that I want, I would not hesitate to order again.

I placed my order on the 5th of January. Absolutely no communication from the company since and no response to my email to them. As far as I can tell it is a scam company and they have taken my money with no intention of providing any goods. Absolutely terrible and disappointing.
Response from AirportagFeb 12, 2021
Hi Erik! Thank you for confirming your order number :) It seems your order was delivered on January, 12th according to USPS. Our customer support team sent you an email with further information, including the tracking from USPS. They will be able to help you with the next steps if it is needed!

I'm amazed by seeing all the negative reviews for this company...so I'd like to give my 2 cents from someone who ordered from Hong Kong. I've ordered their customized phone cases for iPhone 2x and always needed to wait for about a month. Yes, if you don't pay extra, you get the plastic-y cover. However, maybe it's because I'm living in HK, I got so many compliments for my phone case and the expats here kept asking me where I bought the airplane ticket phone case. As time passed by, I broke my flimsy, plastic-y, which lasted for a good 2 years. I ordered the more expensive protective case beginning of Jan 2021 and had just received it after a month and 7 days to Hong Kong. So it's not like they don't try to produce the orders...but you need to be patient & don't expect much "qualify" in the product. However, I got so many compliments so I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Hi Diogirl! Thank you for the feedback! We are so glad to know you are a loyal customer and that your phone case lasted this long! After all, we carefully make the items to be durable :) You are correct! We offer two types of the phone case to meet the needs of our different customers! The first option is the "slim case," it's lightweight and durable. It's a one-piece clip-on case that allows full access to all device ports. And the second option is the "tough case," it's a two-piece case consisting of a flexible silicone bumper and our durable slim case. This case offers impact resistance and extra shock dispersion. Currently, we ship only via Postal Service, and we understand International shipping might take a while, especially because they have to be processed by the local Customs Office once they get to the destination country. But we guarantee the delivery! And if by any chance the package gets lost, all you need to do is reach out to our customer support and we will happily prepare a replacement :)
