We've ordered a couple of items from them so far and they've both been great. There was a delivery mix-up with the latest one and the company responded very quickly - in the end the problem was with the folks doing the delivery, but I was happy to know Airportag were responsive and on top of the issue. Good customer service.

Love the luggage tags. But they come with a chintzy little wire loop with a screw clasp to fasten the tags to the luggage. I have had four of the tags go missing in the past two years (Torn off? Removed by baggage handlers with a sense of humor?? Who knows). I’ve just made my third order and this time I will try split rings or zip ties instead.

I wrote previously that the company was a scam because it took several weeks to get my order. I could not contact anyone as the company doesn’t have a phone number. Chatting with them is hit or miss, sometimes they respond, sometimes they don’t. I did eventually receive the luggage I ordered and the bags looked nice. So, I am changing my review and giving them 4 stars instead of 1 I originally gave.

Ordered a customised tote bag to be delivered to the Canary Islands at a cost of €6 postage. Took about 5 weeks to arrive but had no custom fees to pay as sent with Correos and I absolutely love it!! Miles better than I expected! Will be ordering again soon

A great product and price reasonable. I like the customization of the straps.

Nice products, good customer service. Even though my first order obviously disappeared somewhere in customs between the States and Europe, they sent me another parcel free of charge.

I ordered a boarding card bath mat on 1st Feb 21. A month later it hadn't arrived so after reading other reviews I was genuinely concerned I had been scammed. Turns out I was wrong, the item arrived on 6th Mar 21 so it took a while even from the USA. I'm really happy with the product though and it had the desired response from the person I bought it for. (Although I now have to redecorate my en suite to match!) I can vouch for the company even if for a while I was deeply suspicious myself. I can sympathise with those who give 1 star. The reason I haven't given them 5 is because of the time it took to arrive. Also after I submitted the original order I realised I had made a mistake and sent an email requesting an adjustment. They acknowledged my email and updated my order in time. No issue with initial customer service. Would I use them again? Not so sure, just because of the time it takes for the item to arrive from the USA (to UK). Probably worth a punt though and I'm glad I did this time round. If you see my other reviews hopefully you will see I am a legitimate reviewer.
