UPDATE: They came back and granted an exception for the exchange. While still not the best situation, I increased to 3 starts because of this. _____________ AVOID THEM. They are not accommodating at all if you received something as a gift. I attempted to EXCHANGE, not even return, a shirt from them for a different size. Since the gift was bought in November and it was a Christmas gift in December, they refused to do an exchange. I would NEVER buy from them again.

Update: My Order finally arrived, I was lucky to be at home because there was no name on the parcel just the words "shippin, shipping" and my street... well nevermind, so I changed the review to 3 stars, quality is good, communication with the company is horror. Won't order again, but I'm happy that the loooong waiting had a happy end! I would give no star if I could. Ordered an item 1 month ego, nothing happend, nothing arrived. Wrote the customer-service, they said I can't get a refund because it was shipped just the day I asked for the refund... But until now nothing happend. Lost 110 Euro. Don't order anything there, total scam

I'm amazed by seeing all the negative reviews for this company...so I'd like to give my 2 cents from someone who ordered from Hong Kong. I've ordered their customized phone cases for iPhone 2x and always needed to wait for about a month. Yes, if you don't pay extra, you get the plastic-y cover. However, maybe it's because I'm living in HK, I got so many compliments for my phone case and the expats here kept asking me where I bought the airplane ticket phone case. As time passed by, I broke my flimsy, plastic-y, which lasted for a good 2 years. I ordered the more expensive protective case beginning of Jan 2021 and had just received it after a month and 7 days to Hong Kong. So it's not like they don't try to produce the orders...but you need to be patient & don't expect much "qualify" in the product. However, I got so many compliments so I'm satisfied with my purchase.

After all, we carefully make the items to be durable :) You are correct! We offer two types of the phone case to meet the needs of our different customers! The first option is the "slim case," it's lightweight and durable. It's a one-piece clip-on case that allows full access to all device ports. And the second option is the "tough case," it's a two-piece case consisting of a flexible silicone bumper and our durable slim case. This case offers impact resistance and extra shock dispersion. Currently, we ship only via Postal Service, and we understand International shipping might take a while, especially because they have to be processed by the local Customs Office once they get to the destination country. But we guarantee the delivery! And if by any chance the package gets lost, all you need to do is reach out to our customer support and we will happily prepare a replacement :)
