We ordered two canvas signs, the "Departures" in yellow and the square "YYZ". Both look great in the home office, as we continue to feel inspired about future travel from Canada to Europe!

Nice products, good customer service. Even though my first order obviously disappeared somewhere in customs between the States and Europe, they sent me another parcel free of charge.

I ordered a boarding pass mug for my partner, I thought it would be a great reminder of our trip. What I didn’t expect was the great quality of the mugs and the image. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. You will not be disappointed!

Ordered 2 sets of different personalized baggage tags. Arrived in a timely matter and they looked awesome. Unfortunately 2 of the tags was broken by baggage handlers in the first trip (our brand new luggage was beat up too). Thinking what could I lose, I contacted customer service via email, told them what happened and Joana immediately sent me an email back telling me they would send replacement tags. This to me was above and beyond their responsibility and am extremely happy that they replaced the tags due to someone else’s negligence. Highly recommend.

I ordered a boarding card bath mat on 1st Feb 21. A month later it hadn't arrived so after reading other reviews I was genuinely concerned I had been scammed. Turns out I was wrong, the item arrived on 6th Mar 21 so it took a while even from the USA. I'm really happy with the product though and it had the desired response from the person I bought it for. (Although I now have to redecorate my en suite to match!) I can vouch for the company even if for a while I was deeply suspicious myself. I can sympathise with those who give 1 star. The reason I haven't given them 5 is because of the time it took to arrive. Also after I submitted the original order I realised I had made a mistake and sent an email requesting an adjustment. They acknowledged my email and updated my order in time. No issue with initial customer service. Would I use them again? Not so sure, just because of the time it takes for the item to arrive from the USA (to UK). Probably worth a punt though and I'm glad I did this time round. If you see my other reviews hopefully you will see I am a legitimate reviewer.
