Ordered a mug on 16 Sept, supposed to be shipped in 5 Biz days. It wasn’t. In fact it now says it’s shipped but tracking shows it’s not moving. Hope this is real and it arrives. All- be cautious about ordering from this site. See other reviews so you know what you’re getting into.

Update - after posting, I received an email that they are refunding the charge for the order. Ordered a T-shirt on July 19 and as of September 1 it still has not been shipped. Have contacted customer service twice. Both times they apologized, said they have no idea what happened, will investigate, and gave me a discount for my next purchase. Yeah right.

I received my face mask after many weeks. The quality is not good. There are only two layers to the mask. One of the elastic attachments has been sewn in the middle, like it has been broken and then repaired. There is no option to add an additional filter. I cannot believe I paid over $25.00 for this piece of rubbish. Do not buy from this company unless you want to throw your money away. Very disappointing. IT DOES NOT ALLOW ANYONE ON THEIR WEBSITE TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW, AND THE CAMERA/VIDEO UPLOAD FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK. SO I CAN ONLY ASSUME THE REVIEWS ARE NOT A CLEAR REPRESENTATION OF EVERYONE WHO TRIES TO LEAVE ONE. Ordered a few mousepads over 2 months ago. Could not change a date after 2 days! But nothing happened after that for almost 3 weeks. Then the mousepads where finally shipped (International shipping). And they still haven’t arrived yet! And they stopped communicating also!

I also saw the Facebook ads and purchased as my wife works for an airline. It has been 2+ months and their courier (USPS) tracking notifications show differing ports of exit in the USA (Chicago, NC, etc). Airport Tag claim my items were returned from the UAE (destination), however, the items have never left the USA. I’m also concerned that this vendor has no formal business address, telephone number, or business license number. I too am starting to think this is a SCAM! To Airport Tag... if you are a legitimate business, declare your formal business address, telephone number and license No. also, you had plenty of time to consider the implications of COVID-19 and offer alternative shipping arrangements.

After seeing mulitiple Facebook ads, I decided to purchase some items from airportag.com. I paid for expedited shipping, and processing was supposed to take 2-5 business days. After 10 days, the products still hadn't shipped. The first time I contacted the company they said they'd look into it and get back to me. They never did and they stopped responding to subsequent communications. There's no phone number on the website. Looks legit, but obviously. not. Be warned.
