Hi Suzanne! I'm glad to see that all of your orders have been delivered :) I can assure you our customer support was very honest with you regarding the USPS delays. USPS was and still is experiencing a volume increase because of the Holiday season and a shortage of staff due to COVID-19. They even added an alert about that on their website. Hi Sue! I hope you are well and safe :) I'd like to tell you that any International shipment is subject to Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) that are charged by your country’s Customs office, according to its policy.
