I got the passport holder, PanAm Bauhaus, its so cool I love it!

Well, it was the first time that I purchased from Airportag. I was looking for a new luggage tag for my travels. I found this fun one! As well as an airport mousepad. Customer Service reached out after I placed the order with adding customization on the luggage tag. It came out great! Very prompt response. As well as I had another question about a product, and they are very quick with a answer or they let me know if they need more time to get the answer. I would defiantly recommend this company. I will be purchasing them from again.

Ich habe 3 x etwas bei Airportag bestellt und alles lief super. Bei Fragen zum Produkt kam die Antwort schnell und ausführlich. Bei der letzten Lieferung riss bei einer Totebag der Henkel schnell ab, auf meinen Bericht hin erhielt ich sofort eine Antwort, Entschuldigung und neue Tasche. Besser kann der Kundenduenst nicht klappen. Das Material der Totebags ist toll, auch kalt waschbar und von guter Qualität.

Bought 4 tags for my bags. After the first time using them the rings/loops fell apart on all 4 tags. The metal loops could easily be picked apart with the fingers. Reached out to them but nothing happened!!

I have placed 6 orders with Airportag and every now has been perfect. I've purchased 4 luggage tags, a keychain, and a t-shirt. All different orders. Everything has always arrived on time in perfect condition. The quality of their products is to notch and I am definitely a customer for life.
