Unfortunately, I made a mistake buying from them 3 times before my first order arrived not even after 7 weeks. My second 121370 and third-order also not arrived again. They split my order into three different shipments, two t-shirts, one keychain, and one mask but what a coincidence, no one arrives. Don't believe so-called 5* reviews. I did the same. Just read the bad ones and you will get the idea.

I ordered the airplane enamel pin a few weeks ago and it arrived pretty quickly. The pin itself is exceptional. The quality is very good and the size is perfect. I am very happy with this product!

I ordered a JFK throw pillow (with the insert) and love it! It's comfortable, cute and I love that the other side has my name on it (I customized it). It also helps satisfy my wanderlust while being stuck at home. I look forward to finally being able to travel again!

Purchased an Apple Watch Band (the one that says "Now"). I like it. It slips on and off easily, and it's a great conversation starter.

I ordered a couple items right before Christmas 2020. One item was delivered on time as advertise, the other item did not because I put the wrong zip code into the mailing address. I immediately notified my error via e-mail. Joanna immediately e-mailed me back, advised she will be on the look out, notified me that USPS returned the item to them, in which, she resent it out without charging me another shipping fee. Between the communication, not charging me another shipping fee equated to Excellent Customer Service. Plus, the product is exactly as shown. Highly recommend this company to buy from.

I ordered the 13x13 tote bag $25 + shipping. I received a cheaply made, flimsy tote $5-$10 value. I contacted Airportag and was told to return the item at my expense, I would be credited less original shipping, and charged for any shipping on replacement item. Obviously not worth the effort only to get another questionable product. In this instance you don’t get what you pay for. It looks cute but it’s not. I bought it for my sister but would be embarrassed to give it to anyone.
