I ordered a Personalized Tote Bag and it came out beautifully. The colors are rich and the construction is really solid. It's 16x16 and going to be a perfect extra bag for travelling!

I purchased two pillows - large and stuffed and one with engraving on it. The pillows arrived on time, beautifully over stuffed, fluffy, and with tight seems. For me, these were high quality products and I would absolutely purchase again

Very happy with my Airportag Apple Watch bands! Liked the first one enough to order a custom second- to commemorate our upcoming move. Making my own “boarding pass” band showing the airport identifiers, along with the actual flight number was a lot of fun. The quality of the bands is solid- while still fairly new, it’s holding up to daily wear, including workouts. Service was incredibly fast- including the custom band- had it within days of ordering. Keep up the great work Airportag!

I recently purchased a custom travel pillow, and realised i put the wrong date on. I emailed customer service and she immediately messaged me back showing what i put on and worked quickly to change it to the correct date for me! She went above and beyond to get the perfect anniversary gift to remind us of our honey moon. I just got the pillow cover, and it looks great with the correct date!! Will absolutely order again!

Hi Victoria! We always do our best to offer you the best of our service and products. We're glad it was still in time to correct the date. Congratulations on the anniversary! Our kindest regards.

Bought a clock and it would stop working after less than a minute. Emailed them about it and received an email immediately telling me they would get back to me very soon (as they were closed for the night). The next morning I had an email from Carol telling me she passed the info on to Quality Control and minutes later, I got another email with a shipping confirmation. She did not have to do that but she went way above and beyond. Thank you! Customer for life!
