Advance Auto PartsReviews of advanceautoparts.com

I went to advance auto parts located in Kimberly road in twin falls, idaho because I was looking online and they have a deal if you buy 5 quarts of oil you'll get a free oil filter the oil I wanted to buy it was $34.99 including the oil filter when I went to pay the guy in the register told me it was $47.99 I showed to him the screenshot of the deal and he told me that's no valid so I told him what about the sign that you guys have in the shelf if you buy 5 quartz of oil you'll get the oil filter free and he told me that one is not valid either because the guy who supposed take down the sign quit like 1 month ago pictures were taken but for some reason it won't let me post the pictures here.

If you ABSOLUTELY KNOW the correct fluid, pads, etc. Ordering from here may be an option if they are running a sale or similar But, the thing that grinds my gears about the website is that in my last experience. I needed a very specific fluid for my rear diff in my AWD SUV. Versatrak Fluid. When I put in the info, I had options come up and I purchased 2 - $20 bottles . and this can mess you up into thinking it will work for your application, instead of saying there is no option. You can't put just any gear oil on that specific vehicle rear diff. This blunder is not "advanced " as the name suggests. Also, you can't return with paying for shipping fees . So If I want to return these bottles,,I'm eating the loss . Otherwise I keep them and get to look at them for a while. Also none of my 3 vehicles take this. So... The return reason also points at at you shipping mishaps. Not the wrong part options given. Also it takes away to long to get delivered, unless you pay an arm and a leg for faster shipping In 2026 , this antiquate method doesn't work. I'll definitely get my auto stuff from elsewhere

Yaritza, provides excellent customer service. She replaced my battery in just 15 minutes, and she is a very nice person."

I bought parts at this store 3 different times and each time they would not work, I wanted to return them so I could have ordered the correct parts, they refused to give me a refund! Farmville, Virginia! I will never shop in any Advance Auto store again.
