I went to the #09242 store in Golden Gate city today for a battery warranty claim which turned out to be tricky one, but the staff got it right at the end; they were knowledgeable, patient and professional. Special thanks to David, who's attitude, communication skills and knowledge were key for handling the issue properly. Thank you, David!

I just wanted to give kudos to your employee Dom in the Woodbridge Virginia location. I purchased the tail signal lights replacement bulbs. Dom was professional and courteous. He was kind enough to install them. He was informative as well in answering additional concerns about my car. You have an awesome employee. I will make this location my go to place. I tried another Advance Auto but the customer service was definitely lacking. The rep made some excuse about how they're no longer able to do any customer assistance because of Covid 19. Dom is a gem and I want to let you know that. If I received bad service I would do the same. So since thankfully this was positive...I had to pass on the good word. Thanks again Dom.

The Dracut Victory Lane store is the exceptional store in this area. Their hours are really old school short, but they are probably the only store that won't screw your order up and speak perfect English. Get to know them and they really go the extra to take care of you. The rest of the area stores are a very distant bronze metal, at best.

I never used their online ordering but I had to get the designated seat covers that I was able to order exactly for this car online. I ordered 1/6/20 and received them 1/8/20 free delivery with a 20% discount. This discount offer was offered to me the previous day while shopping for them. The day I was ready to order the discount on the same item dropped to 15% but I remembered the code. I put the 20% code in and I got it. Why do they do this? These covers were $50 in the store but I got them for $38 online. The covers were a bit difficult to install, the directions stunk. The company should put more ties on the covers to get the wrinkles out. This is why 4 stars instead of 5. Let's see if they last.
