Purchased a battery in February 2017 online and battery turned out defective. Went to Coral Springs store on University Dr. and was passed off very ruly to Mark. This was the second time Mark has assisted me, very nice man who took his time and assisted me. He advise me to stay inside the store while it was blazing hot outside while he changes my battery. Help me understand that online purchases will not be seen in the store where I picked up from. Advance Auto Zone you have a magnificent employee name Mark at 300 N. If we are talking about store associates, they are always fantastic and find ways for us to save money. However, the website has constantly, three times now, giving me results for parts that say they fit my vehicles but actually are not correct parts. I have had issues with ordering radiators, brake pads, and even locking lug nuts were delivered to doorsteps of apartments rather than the front office causing multiple thefts.

Today I had an emergency and Advance Auto did nothing to help rectify the situation. I placed an online order for my son, he needed an alternator at that moment, his car was being worked on the moment when I placed the order. He went to the East Chicago, Indiana location to pick it up. He gets there and the manager Claudia would not allow him to pick up the order. She told him he needed my Id and the credit card used for the order. I was at work during all of this so there is no way for me to be there. I called the store and explained the situation she did nothing I offered to fax over my info to show the order was authorized by me she said they didnt have a fax machine. So after going back and forth I finally had her cancel the order. So my son left with no part and his car still not working. I have never been so mad. What is even move crazy the night before I ordered a battery at a different location and my son picked it with no problem. Clearly this company needs to update their policies to better help customers. I just know after this experience I will never buy from Advance Auto again

I bought a tool at their shop, they announced a rebate of $10 ! I went online to fill in the form and I receive a mail that my request cannot be fulfilled ??? I have the reseipt here, so everybody can have a copy if he wants, But AutoAdvaceParts doesn't want to believe their own cash slips !
