I went to my local store #064821 in Lady Lake FL. I picked up 1 can of a/c refill about $36.49. went to the register and asked for the military discount and she asked for my phone number and then she forgot as she did the totalling of the bill. I saw there was no discount military or otherwise when I said something to her she said oh sorry I forgot to do it. Didn't redo the bill just said I'll get it next time, her name is Nyasia T. It cost me at least 3.60$ and since I have to use expensive gas to get to Advanced Auto parts store because of the street being blocked. I would like to ask for a ten dollar reimbursement cash card since I'll have to use my gas again to get to your store and then spend money at your store. Elwood

Tribute is buttoned up and beautiful. Had a blown fuse for the fog lights and can't say enough about how awesome Gabriel Garcia at AdvanceAuto Parts was for helping me identify which fuse and then helping me replace it. Thanks Gabriel!

I’ll never return to this auto parts store again. The way I was treated for not knowing the correct name of a product was utterly disrespectful. I visited the store this evening around 7:56 PM. There was a Caucasian bald man and a tall African-American man. I asked for brake solution to clean some rust off my brake pads. They both looked at each other, started laughing in my face, and asked, “What?” I said, “Please point me in the right direction. I’ll find it myself.” The African-American man sarcastically replied, “You mean brake cleaner?” My husband arrived shortly after and then we checked out. As I recounted the incident to my husband, despite them witnessing my visible distress and feeling upset and embarrassed about being made to feel bad because I couldn’t recall the correct name of the brake cleaner, neither of them offered an apology. To make someone feel bad about not knowing the proper term of something at a store that they work at is disgusting and very hurtful. If I was an expert at car parts, why would I need their assistance anyway? Instead of laughing at a woman who doesn’t know the proper name of something how about Help as that’s what you are therefore anyway. I will never come back to the store ever again. I don’t care if I have to drive past it to get what I need. I will not be coming back.

went there this morning to get battery checked it showed it would need replacing so i decided to do that. (i am a female) The attendant brought a battery that looked old and edges were lifting up just a tad bit he said the test showed good so i asked him if it was new and he said it was. I said it don't want it bring another one so he did and tested it too it was good he then told me go to my car he would be right out. While he was taking old one out to put the new battery in my Mechanic texted me and i proceeded to send a picture of the battery and he said thats old used sh..t . I said to the attendant isn't this the one i said i didn't want he said oh i brought the wrong one out. Had my Mechanic not texted me I would've paid for a new battery but got an old use one. I Think this is SCAMMY suspicious. I would be reporting this to the BBB i took pictures of it also. I still tipped the attendant because i am a better person than Advance Auto SCAMMERS

Very rude and disrespectful to senior citizen at the Phoenixville Pa. store. I will never go there for anything ever again.

Terrible products that they refuse to honor the warranties on, especially brakes and rotors.

Terrible place stay away! Tried to return a part I did not use and they refused to do it stating they had a policy. Nobody told me that when I bought it and nobody could point it out when I asked. I will never go there again.

The employee Adelita and manager Daniel were unhelpful, and both were very rude!!! I will not be back to this location!
