I want to give a huge shout-out to the young man who helped me at the Advanced Auto Parts on South Academy. He installed my father-in-law’s battery, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude. He was polite, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us. He did the job efficiently and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, He is a great representative of Advanced Auto Parts, and I hope his manager knows what an asset he is to the store. Employees like him deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Thank you for going above and beyond! His actions today ensure i will be a returning customer to the location. This place is awesome .Tim @ the new haven store in Melbourne fl is friendly kind & knowledgeable. He sold & install a new 3 year warranty die hard battery n my truck. Very good work done in a timely manner. Very professional service. He is a funny guy with a Boston accent. Great service. I highly recommend him to help you out. Tested my battery & charging system even after installing new battery to be sure it was good very happy ! Thank you Tim.

The Associates and Assistant Manager were very helpful and respectful of my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. The Customer Service was outstanding. I will only go to the Advance Auto Parts in New Carrollton, Store #08009 for all my car needs and questions.

Went to Warsaw, NY store because my check engine light was on. Emily was fantastic!! She read my codes and told me what part I needed. The part was in stock so I bought it. Managed to replace it and check engine light is now off! Again - Emily is awesome!!

I would like to recognize Dylan Letchworth for providing outstanding customer service at the Smithfield, NC store. I had purchased an alternator from the Selma, NC location and later needed to return the part for a refund. When I returned to the Selma store, the representative encountered difficulties processing my refund despite my having the receipt. After becoming frustrated with the situation, I decided to visit the Smithfield location for assistance. Upon arriving, I spoke with Dylan, who greeted me with a smile, reviewed my receipt, and immediately assured me that he would help. Within just a couple of minutes, Dylan successfully processed the refund and credited the balance back to my card. Dylan's professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to assist turned what had been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. His excellent customer service reflects well on your organization, and I wanted to take the time to recognize him for a job well done.
