went in to get parts for my 1979 ford f 250, first went to get lights and they couldn't get me the right interior (dome) light. couldn't get me front break calipers and had the wrong ones, couldn't get me the right spark plugs for my engine and they fuc ked me over giving me five instead of six. I was ripped off. they never even asked for a model number or anything. just the name of the vehicle. the staff is nice, but the advanced auto itself sucks. wouldn't recommend. you're better off ordering parts yourself. i'll get my oil from O' Reilly's

Iv been going to advance auto parts for years they are my first call for all my automotive repairs they are always very helpful and knowledgeable of the parts they sell I always recommend advance auto parts to everyone I talk to

San Antonio Texas Evans/281 Manager (Alfred) 2 year free replacement Diehard battery. (1)year of service bought 2/20 Would not honor warranty because it has to be bought at Sears, which is gone or purchased at his store. I purchased the batter out of town. Not in San Antonio. I encourage everyone not to shop at ADVANCED AUTO PARTS. I never write reviews But these people (Alfred) need to take a customer courtesy class

Have never been to a store who actually cared I come in at closing and had to look for my credit card basically being a dreadful customer but was so nice and helpful best in town

2003 Ford escape, Resonator, other stores were closed or did not carry in stock, Advance Auto parts were helpful in getting me what I needed, the next day, HOWEVER, when the parts were put together by the company who makes them, the HAND WELDED ALL THE FITTINGS, VERY SLOPPY, and EVERY ONE LEAKED, i had to repair the welds, to late to return the part as I had inspection the next day. they could not have pressure checked the assembly or they would have rejected it. this it the kind of junk from ADAVACE AUTO PARTS. I have in past times, purchased oil filters and a total of 3 were bad, WHERE ARE THEY GETTING THERE PARTS FROM, FROM NOW ON, I WILL ONLY BUY RAGS, MOTOR OIL AND NON MECHANICAL PARTS FROM THEM, THERE SOCKETS ARE ALSO MADE OF CHEAP METAL SO BUYER BE WARE...........

I went to the advanced auto parts on Landover road to get some coolant put in my car. The sales associate was rude after I asked what coolant to use for my Range Rover evoque 2020. He went on to say that they don’t carry anything for used cars and even if they did there is no one available to assist me to put it into my car. I was so upset I stormed out and went across the street to Auto zone where I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was eager to help. She went and obtained the coolant I was looking for herself and even found one of the technicians to assist me with putting it into my car. This was the epitome of great service hopefully advanced auto parts can get it together.

The store in Athens Alabama needs associates who are knowledgeable about their products. I went in yesterday and ask for 2 new batteries for my Nissan Titan diesel. I was told I had 3 options ranging in price and selected the option I wanted and paid the bill. After they removed my batteries they told me only the gold series would fit and it would cost me an additional $50 bucks. Had I known this I would not have purchased at advance and gotten them cheaper at O'Reilly. I should have known better and will never do business at advance again. Enjoy the $50 bucks it is the last you will get from me. Beware of this place!

What a joke, if these people can't find it on their computer they are worthless!! I come in to get a brake line and I showed them the old one and the lady asked me what is this.
