Advance Auto PartsReviews of advanceautoparts.com

I bought an alternator from them and it didn’t last no more than a couple of months. I called them to ask about my warranty and they said I have never bought anything from them. I will never do business with them again!

I love the employees at the Advance Auto Parts on Nicholasville Rd- Lexington. Every time I go in they've been extremely helpful - whether sharing practical car tips or replacing windshield wipers, batteries, or just helping me find what I need. Today was no exception, Stacy, solved my car battery problem by installing shims to both of my terminals -for free! I know where to go when I need help or car parts! Great Job and thanks again so much!

Rio grande NJ store, there is a guy name rich in there that has the worst atatude I have ever seen,I'm a union machanic for 25 years,I try a stay with advance auto, but today I walked out,iv used that store 100 times, but never again.went to auto zone,in an out.

Purchased a rachet brake caliper compressor for $50.00 from AAP in the delray beach store. I used it on one caliper and it didn't work properly. I had to keep pressure on one side to make the rachet work. I took it back for a refund and the guy got upset telling me its been used and it has some dirt in it. Yes as I already said I used it was used and it didn't work. He kept shaking his head acting g like I was trying to rip off the store and finally told the girl behind the counter to mark it as defective. I said it is defective but he didn't seem to care what I said. I didn't give a one star because I did get the refund and the girl was nice. I won't go back to that store as there are plenty of auto parts stores that treat their customers respectfully.

I went to Store #09494 last night thinking my battery was dead. Charlie was very helpful. It turned out to be my key fob. He treated me as a friend not just a customer. I would recommend him to any of my friends. Keep up the good work Charlie.

Advance Auto Parts Everett, the commercial representative Dino is rude and yell at costumers. All orders in that store is always late, he give us a time when the part will be available, and they never on the time. I questioned him reminding him of the time he had given me, and that now, I had a client at the shop he yell at me saying: do you wanna or not, now is going to be another time if you don't wanna I can cancel ? If I tell a costumer I can fix their vehicle tomorrow afternoon, the client will be there at that time, likewise if the store representative tells me that the parts will be available at a time it need to be at that time.
