chat service is just a loop that doesnt lead to anything or anyone. its apparently impossible to print a return label for a useless product that needs to be returned.

Ordered a £1200 Zwift ride. 2 of the boxes have turned up but not the frame. So it's useless. Customer service is terrible.

Impossible to get any support. Zwift ride arrived damaged, can’t get a refund, replacement or resolution, 1 week later. No response on email, chat, no number to call. Poor

Ordered an item from their shop which has gone missing in transit - it's IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone at zwift to arrange a replacement item & fedex will not talk to me as I'm the receiver. Atrocious customer service, I can't even get hold of someone to get my money back. No response to any emails sent to orders@ or support@. No phone number to contact anyone.

Vorig jaar zwift gekocht, alles in order. Missed opportunity Last year I bought Zwift, everything was fine. I looked at the weather every month and paid monthly by bank transfer Now that is no longer possible, Zwift has stopped monthly payments via bank. Now it is only possible to pay with a credit card or PayPal. Zwift this is a missed opportunity with a large audience who look at the weather every month in the winter months. Not everyone has a credit card or PayPal account
