Zwift have made a huge mistake in offering hardware eg the Zwift Ride. They are a software company and have no idea how to deal with customers who need support for expensive items that don’t work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had some problems with the delivery of my Zwift Ride, one of the packages did not arrive and 2 of the 3 tracking numbers referred to the same package, so something went wrong. It was difficult to come into contact with support, and this has been an issue for other people reading other reviews. There's also a time difference problem between the USA and EU, which does cause some extra delays. But once i did come into contact with support, they resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. And their support is friendly and helpfull. I do hope they improve the reachability of support though.

Der monatliche Preis ist wie es ist, aber es geht schon, da ich Zwift nur in den Wintermonaten nutze. Was wirklich hervorsticht, ist der Kundensupport. Ich habe vor zwei Jahren einen Zwift Hub gekauft, der anfing, Reibegeräusche zu machen. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und nach ein paar Fragen zur Fehlerbehebung, haben sie beschlossen, es mit einem komplett neuen Trainer zu ersetzen. Und das, obwohl die Garantie für meinen alten Trainer im Grunde schon abgelaufen war. Ich hatte während dieses Prozesses mit 3 oder 4 verschiedenen Personen zu tun, und sie waren sehr freundlich und auch überraschend persönlich, was ich fast nie erlebe, wenn ich mit irgendeiner Art von Kundenbetreuung zu tun habe. Meiner Meinung nach ist Zwift noch immer die beste Plattform für Indoor-Cycling und ich bin froh, ein treuer Kunde zu bleiben.

Après avoir commandé un home trainer, je n'ai eu aucun suivi de livraison. J'ai finalement réussi à trouver par moi même au bout d'une semaine que le colis était dans un entrepôt chronopost à 2 heures de chez moi... Lorsque je les ai contacté pour essayer de résoudre la situation, (déjà 3 jours de temps de réponse en moyenne) ils m'ont indiqué qu'ils allaient mettre le colis dans un point relais plus proche. Au final il n'y est toujours pas, je n'ai plus aucune réponse de leur part et je n'arrive plus à les joindre.

I requested a return and refund through their return portal which was accepted. But I haven't received any return labels. I send them three reminders, but haven't gotten any response and now the return period is over. This is very frustrating and very poor and non-existing customer service.

Nice idea, it worked once, then screen just kept rotating. Zero help so cancelled.

Aucune réponse du service client après 3mails de relance. Problème de livraison, le vélo zwift a mis le double de temps à arriver, le carton était éventré et il y a des traces de choc et des éclats de peinture sur le cadre. Impossible d'avoir une réponse! étant donné le prix du matériel, le minimum c'est de le recevoir en bon état...... Déplorable
