I bought the ZLine 30 in dual fuel range a couple years ago. Very expensive range and thought this would last me for a long time. It came with one year warranty. Just last month the oven stopped working so I contact a contractor to fix it. What a nightmare it became. To get part for this range is impossible beside the price. Long story short it broke again :) Looks good but is worthless not recommend to buy.

The team at ZLine is so helpful and kind. I found myself in a unique situation during a kitchen remodel and reached out to their main customer service number as I did not know how to manage it regarding my appliances. They were patient and really proactive. It made a huge difference and then to have such beautiful product arrive I am really grateful!

Honestly the rep was absolutely amazing with her quick responses. Great notices and even a callback about the part and its slight delay was quite the delight. You don't really hear such a thing anymore but very good job with the communication here. I am happy with the way the phone call went and anticipate the part to come in with the continued service I will be making with this company. Thank you!

Stephanie Pees made my experience with ZLINE awesome! I was sold on ZLINE appliances after visiting the showroom our GC sent us to. I was just planning to change out the kitchen cabinets and not do an entire remodel, but that all changed when I saw the ZLINE Autograph Edition 48" Dual Fuel Range! It was love at first sight and I designed my entire kitchen remodel around that beautiful piece. Unfortunately we did not know any better (first big remodeling job) and went through our GC to order the appliances, thinking he was ordering them from ZLINE directly through the showroom he had sent us to. This unfortunately led to numerous difficulties, challenges and mishaps. Althought this has been a great learning experience it has been very stressful to say the least. At one point I was seriously at a loss as to what to do after going back and forth with the GC so I reached out to ZLINE directly and was fortunate to speak with Stephanie Pees. I cannot say enough about Stephanie's expertise, professionalism, kindness and willingness to listen and work quickly to resolve my issue. Stephanie literally was an answer to prayer and I sincerely mean that. I have had the need to speak with Stephanie a couple of times since that initial conversation and she has always been so helpful and happy to be helpful!! I know that this is a very long post, but I really felt that it was important to comment on the excellent customer service I received from Stephanie Pees and your team. In my career I deal to a great extent with company culture and if Stephanie's work is an example of the culture at ZLINE then please accept my most sincere appreciation and admiration. Great customer service. Quickly resolved my issue with a part I ordered incorrectly.

We experienced an overheating issue with our heating coil on our dual fuel range/oven that required replacement. Initially, we just received the standard email response. Then Zline customer service reached out personally and explained the replacement and went above and beyond to ensure the resolution was sufficient and safe. We are very pleased with their response and their dedication to ensuring a quality product.
