I contacted ZLINE Customer Support concerning functional issues with my range. The Customer Support contact was Stephanie. After describing the range issues, she immediately diagnosed the situation and provided clear and concise instructions (both verbally and written) on what actions I needed to take. I completed the actions which she provided which further validated her diagnosis. Upon submission of range photographs accompanied with answers to a few product ID questions via email, she immediately followed up with a phone call advising the next steps that she would be taking resolve the issues. I could not be more impressed with her professionalism and the amazing customer support. Having led large global organizations for 50 years, to include overseeing global call centers, I know talent when I see it/hear it. I found her product knowledge, communication skills, responsiveness, and follow through were amazing. Bottom line, Stephanie is the amazing representative for ZLINE which is a great company.

I had encountered a few concerns regarding my order and all were remedied by your customer service!! I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received.

The company rep Raleigh was very attentive to the issue of the range having broken glass in the door and guided us the process for requesting a replacement door. Raliegh made the process move smoothly. We are a small time contractor only doing 3 to 4 new species homes a year, but intend to continue using Zline products. Thanks!

Dylan immediately answered my question about converting my range hood to a recirculating one, which was not covered in the manual, and he even sent me a link to the parts I need in an email, along with a link to an instruction video for installing them.

Raven was fantastic. Exceptionally knowledgeable, very nice and patient, while I asked a ton of questions. She really did a great job!

The customer service at Zline is absolutely amazing. I've been blown away at how responsive and accommodating they have been to my multiple requests. Highly recommend!

After a second round of a failed part we still do not have a working oven, but hopefully that will change soon, as Nick worked with us to get a replacement part shipped out. Nick was empathetic and listened to our background history on the oven. He was professional and friendly, and gave us hope to get our new oven fixed for the holiday. He followed up on his promises, and he is giving us more confidence that we did the right thing in paying more for a Zline product.

fantastic customer service - I have a malfunctioning oven and followed the directions to diagnose problem and then representative couldn't have been more helpful and has directed very satisfactory solution.
