I absolutely enjoy using my new 450 Pro. Smoked a pork butt last night as a matter of fact.  The downside to your product is not the unit or the accessories. It's your lending partner Affirm. The managed to take the first of three payments of the main unit but since then have been unable to access remaining payments. They also were unable to take any of the payments on the accessory I purchased which was the thermal blanket I called they gave me total payment payoff I wrote them two separate checks they cleared and they keep sending me emails that I still owe them money I've tried talking to them and they are impossible to deal with. I love my ZGrill! I use it almost everyday. I ordered straight through their website and it was delivered fast and was easy to put together. Did it by myself with no issues. I haven’t had to contact customer service at all but everything else has been perfect.

so far the worst customer service ever...they make A.I look good. i purchased a zgrill directly through there website during their memorial sale. the one i purchased included two bags of pellets. they did not send with purchase nor did they acknowledge on the invoice. they also did not send an invoice with delivery, their instructions to put together suck. i did email customer service and the first response was basically (how i inferred it)...hey idiot you did not order the pellets. and they submitted a picture with 448.99 price. see idiot, it does not come with pellets. so i told them, hey, i bought it for 409 directly from your site on sale...so they then submit another picture ....hey you lousy moran, it does not come with pellets...(mind you not verbatim and is inferred due to perceived attitudes of the context of email ) .so i said, look at the picture you just submitted in the tiny fine print...comes with two bags of pellets (random flavor) they are nothing more than a bait and switch company, do not purchase directly from there site, in fact do not purchase at all with the customer service they provide. do your self a favor and buy another unit from another vendor. this behavior is surprising due to the alleged reliability of the product.

I read a lot of positive reviews about Z Grills so I ordered one. When I tried to put it together, some holes were misaligned and it wouldn't go together. I called their customer support on a Wednesday and was told to take some photos and send them to their customer support email. I took the photos, one of which included a tape measure so they could estimate the distances. I sent them in on Wednesday and got this message Thursday morning: "Would you please test the size of the bottom shelf as well? our engineer says there's no issue with the leg." This message made no sense to me. The problem is the location of the holes, not the size of the bottom shelf. I responded at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday with an email asking for clarification. It's now 3:00 P.M. on Friday and I haven't heard back. I called customer service at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday and talked with someone who said they would talk to their manager and get back to me. 24 hours later I have yet to hear a thing. I have tried calling several times today (Friday), but they have not answered my calls or called me back after I left messages. I now have a bunch of pieces of the grill scattered around my house which are in the way, and I can't grill anything. I have no idea how long this situation will last. It seems like this should be a simple issue to solve, but no one at Z Grills seems to care. Trustpilot is my last hope. It says Z Grills has responded to 6 out of 8 negative reviews. I will be updating this review in the future. 6/5/21 Update I went on LinkedIn and found people who worked for Z Grills. I sent a message to the Midwest regional sales manager who responded right away. Customer service called me shortly after that and said they would send me a new bottom shelf and a free bag of pellets. I don't know why they didn't do this earlier, but I'm glad the problem is being resolved. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Purchased the 1000D about 2 months ago and it's been hands down the best smoker I've purchased yet! I've smoked everything from ribs, brisket to steaks and various side dishes. Heats up pretty fast and maintains a consistent temperature. I also purchased their smart wireless thermometer which is easy to use!

The one thing that stands out is the ease of use. Prepare the meat, set up the grill, and just sit back. The grill does all the rest. I use it all the time. From smoking turkey legs and wings, to cooking my first prime rib. I prepare lunches at our church for the seniors. Their favorite meal is the smoked pork loin. I put 20lbs on the smoker and a few hours later it's done to perfection. In short its the best I've ever made.

This grill is fantastic. Smoked a couple of briskets and a bunch of chicken over the past 6 weeks. I had one pellet feed issue that added an hour to my 13 hour brisket but the end result more than made up. I took off one star because I get more fat run off than the channel can handle which leaks into the bottom and onto deck, but that could be due to the tin foil cover suggest to make clean up easier. I may switch to cooking spray instead. Still extremely happy with pellet consumption, hopper size, and heat control. Now the wife wants smoked chicken every other day...

We love our Z Grill! We purchased in early April and have enjoyed the experience so far. It was so easy to put together and the cooking results have been absolutely delicious!
