I purchased my zgrill almost a year ago. I've smoked several different foods on it and it always works well. Simple and functional design, sturdy build quality and made of quality materials. The wifi app makes monitoring easy. I've reached out to customer service for questions and they've answered my questions in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

There have been two times in as .any years that I had an issue with my grill. Both times the response was so quick and the issue was resolved. It's nice to support a company that responds and fixes the issue instead of giving you the run around.

I was very happy with customer service at ZGrills. I love my current grill but wanted to upgrade to a larger model. ZGrills responded immediately and helped me thru the process. Thanks and excited for my new model.

I bought the least expensive model of Z-Grill. I was dipping my toe in the pellet grill experience. I am thrilled with what I have seen so far. When it is time to upgrade, I will probably go for at least one model higher than what I currently have. I have had no problems with the Z-Grill so far. I don't see anything going wrong in the future. I would highly recomment Z-Grill for someone just starting out with a pellet grill. So far, my experience has been great!

The Zek Grill support team was exceptional. They went above and beyond helping me get the correct parts I needed. They have been very prompt and very courteous and I have recommended the grills to my friends and family. PS the grill works awesome and does a perfect job.

I bought a pellet smoker and started getting an error code after a year and contacted support and was sent replacement parts and they didn’t work so Zgrills sent an entire hopper/ display assembly super easy to bolt up and it’s working like a brand new grill. The response time is a bit slow but they stand by their warranty and they made it right. 5 star support service. Thanks so much for making it right

Bought the 700D6. Great grill. Upgraded to the Bluetooth electronic control. Well recommended. Customer service is very quick to give great advice. The recipe emails are awesome. Cooked some great meals from them. Very happy with our purchase. Thank you
