Great unless you need support
Final update(7/28/2025): Zgrills has responded and asked lots of questions for me to answer, which I have. Unforutunately, that all they were able to do: ask questions and not offer any solutions. So I finally decided to replace the fan for the burner. This did the trick. So if you have trouble with your grill getting up to the set temperature, try replacing the blower fan. Update: I finally DID hear from them (once they got my sour review here). We did some back and forth troubleshooting and the problem still persists. They "escalated" my issure to their technical team. I haven't heard a word back from anyone for several weeks now. I stand by my first assessment: Great until you need help with it. I've got a Z700D grill and have had it for about 4 years. As things have stopped working, I've replaced parts. I'm very handy and can troubleshoot most electrical faults. Lately, my grill won't heat above 325 degrees F. I went on their chat support and have been waiting for 3 hours and no one has even responded yet. I'm NOT impressed with their response time. I called and I only am able to leave a message.
