Love my Z Grill, Saving money on pellets, and heats up fast. Only real negative. It would have been good if could sear without having to remove the whole heating plate.

Got my Z Grill a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. Already used it many times and still likely getting the hang of things a bit but the food we get from the Z grill is outstanding and it is an excellent value. I am sure we will be using it regularly for a long time

Purchased the 10002e model back in Feb. Works perfectly. It produces mild smoke to the food. I prefer more so I use a tube, not an issue imo. Super easy to clean as long as line with foil. Smoked ribs, whole chickens, 10lb butts n a 14lb brisket. Everything has turned out perfect. Set it n forget it type of cooking. Highly recommend this model.

The grill does not meet my expectations. It's my first one but it seems to take longer to get the meat to temp than the recipe says. I mean like 30 to 60 minutes longer. Very little smoke. I asked about this and got no answer. Once the meat is done it tastes fine but not much smoke ring on the meat. Wont buy another Zgrill. Thinking I'll sell it at my next yard sale

Got my 6002E mid April. On the next “warmer” day, I assembled it in my garage. Took about an hour and a-half but smoothly. I “seasoned” it in the next day or two but too cold for a cook. I finally got sick of waiting so, on a 40* day with stiff north wind, I attempted to do the rack of baby backs I had waiting in the fridge. I planned on doing them at 250* but couldn’t get the grill above 200. I finally got them on around 11 AM hoping for eating around 5 when, after blocking the wind with my car and moving the grill into the garage. Grill finally got to cooking temp enough to continue cooking. Got done a little fire 6. Have done two cooks since and all went well. Of course, the weather was much better. The thermal blanket would be the answer but, it seems it is no longer available! Would like more smoke flavor too. Did a chicken and pork roast. Tasted good but too little smoke flavor. I’m still learning.

The customer service was great! We had a shipping issue and Z Grills took care of the situation and left us very happy with our purchase.

I bought my ZGrill back in April last year and when I received it it had some damage so I called and emailed customer service and they had told me that the parts was on back order because on the pandemic so they sent me pellets and a cover and two months later I received the new parts.. I have to say that the ZGrill was one of my best investment because all my family and friends love the taste and flavor from the ZGrill smoker if a newer model was sent my way I would be a tester and give my best feed back

I was so excited to purchase a zgrill. That when I first was told to expect a delay in shipment I was fine with it. I emailed to ask if there was an ETA and was told no in response. Then was given what seemed to be an ultimatum to either speed the order up by taking a cheaper grill at the same price or cancel my order. I got ahold of a representative over the phone and she was much more helpful and helped me out. I received my grill it was late but that was ok. I also purchased a &40 mystery bag and received it a couple of days after the grill which didn’t make sense. Because the delay had to do with the grill model I ordered so they could have sent the mystery items when ever. This was the biggest disappointment yet. It was supposed to be a $70-$110 value. I got a whisk set and a cutting board. I looked on their web site and seen that they were selling the cutting board $25 and the whisk set was $30. My math isn’t the best but that doesn’t seem to add up to their supposed value. I emailed to ask if this was correct and was told it was. I would never pay $40 for whisk and a cutting board. They must pawn what they can’t sell in these bags. So never ever buy mystery items from them. I was given a $20 gift card thru email because of the late shipment but I can’t see using it and buying anything else. I lost the excitement I had when I ordered. ————————————————————— This is after the response. I read the response and went to the website to see and I did indeed list a sale price. So I again looked at the mystery bag page and seen it’s says in smaller writing that it’s $83.00-$113.00. Must have to do with tax. Then has a list of what you can receive and the value of the items. Like I said I received the whisk and cutting board they are valued at $30.00 and $35.00. That’s not sale price but the Mystery bag list value. It’s only $5.00 under which isn’t a big deal. But something I didn’t mention originally was I also purchased a $0.99 Mystery Easter egg(A grill accessory worth up to $40.00). A promotional deal when you bought a new grill. Which I thought was cool seeing Someone buying a new grill could use accessories. I received a Zgrill baseball cap. That seems more like something that would be given away for free to promote Zgrill. And not a grill accessory. It was something else I wouldn’t buy. It was only $0.99 so I didn’t grieve it. But between buying multiple mystery grill accessories deals and not receiving one item I would actually buy and someone trying to make me take a cheaper grill at the same price. $5.00 is a big deal. But I tell you what I’ve had my grill for a week now I’ve used 3 times and it’s absolutely amazing. Worth every penny. I don’t think I can state how good it is. I’m in love with it.
