Very great grilling tool!

I ordered and was charged for a grill over 3 weeks ago. I still don’t have a grill. Best I can tell it still hasn’t even been shipped. Customer service will not accept phone calls. All you can do is leave a number and stay by a phone for 48 hours. I have messaged them at the link on their website. All I got was a response telling me to email them at another link. ZGrills is a horror story to deal with. Looking like I need a lawyer just to get my money back.update 7/31/20. ZGrill finally called me. They said UPS lost my grill. They said another one had been shipped and I would have it by 7/31/30. It is 7:30 PM and still no grill or refund!

Couldn’t be happier with the ease of ordering, setting up and using my new Z Grill. My first use with it was a 13lb brisket all I can say is no body left the table hungry or without a smile..
