Hi Aaron Hey, thanks for sharing your feedback! I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having with the app and connectivity—it can definitely be frustrating when it doesn’t work as expected. That range issue is something we’re aware of, and I know it’s not ideal for those who want to control the grill from a distance. If you haven’t yet, it might help to make sure the Wi-Fi signal is strong around the grill and that the app is up to date. As for the support response, I totally get your frustration. I’ll pass along the feedback so they can improve the follow-up process, but if you’re still waiting on something, I’d be happy to help escalate it for you. Regarding the “buy 1, get 10” deal, it does sound like it could be a model-specific promotion, and sometimes it can be a little unclear.
