I bought this just in time for thanksgiving and cooked one of the most delicious turkey's I've ever had. Absolutely in love with this grill and the wifi features are something I never thought I needed, but now I'm not sure I can go without. Thanks, ZGrills!

Everything from the deal (buy 1 get 10 free), to the shipping (got to my door in 3 days) to the product was 5 stars. Assembly took longer than I expected but if I had a 2nd person it would have been flawless. First use was smoking a turkey breast on Thanksgiving day and it also turned out amazing. The temp was rock steady thru out the cook/smoke process. The only thing I am having an issue with wireless connectivity, but that may be because of the location 9in my back yard. That however doesn't diminish how thie whole process from purchase to use has been nothing but excellence.

I am a new to pellet smoking and have loved this experience with my new z grill. I got the wifi version, so even in the cold weather, I'm able to sit inside where it's warm, and smoke some meat. Love it!

I have a ZPG1000D that has been great for years but now working with support to fix a heating issue. In working with them I found on their site the awesome buy 1 get 10 offer and jumped on a new 1000D4E. I did work with the quick start guide to build but the manual is much better and easier to follow. I did have a failed ignitor upon start up that they have put into shipment and expected tomorrow. Angela is awesome and friendly to work with on getting me parts to fix the old one and the ignitor on the new one. Email support could improve but none the less service was a pleasure, especially adding that you call and are speaking to someone THERE, not some call center in another country. These are great grills and very easy to use, I'm looking forward to having two working grills very soon!

Still cant can't track my grill. FEDEX can't pull up the provided tracking #. Emailed Z grils customer service with the provided FEDEX tracking #. Customer service turns right around and sends me the exact same tracking #. No help. Its been 7 days and I still have no idea where my grill is. 3 hours later. I finally got ahold of customer service. Turns out my grill has been sitting on the dock waiting to be shipped for the last 7 days.

Well, I did your promotion online for a random grill of your choosing hoping to get a good size grill but I ended up getting the smallest that you make. No tracking was sent to me , I just woke up and the box was on my porch . Also, my cover never came & I had to call customer service to get it. All in all it’s a good grill, just a little small for my families needs. I like the way it cooks & the ability to set it and forget it. Quality great but I’d just recommend you buy what you want.

First Pellet Grill, I migrated from charcoal / wood offset and bullet smokers. I've done real BBQ for almost 20 years. Referred to as "old school' using nothing but charcoal and wood logs or chunks. I've done low and slow and hot and fast, and I've had success with both. Back to the Z Grills. The packaging of the Z Grills pellet grill / smoker was flawless and meticulous. It took almost as much time to remove from packaging than assembly. Not a bad thing. I ordered a wireless controller as an upgrade, the disassembly / assembly of that was straightforward with accurate instructions. The quality of the components look good and I expect to last for years. The actual cooking process was perfect. It's ability to maintain temperature is just as good as an indoor oven. The one complaint I have is the wireless situation. Z Grills must do better with this. Only working on 2.4Ghz networks is a problem. Also using bluetooth and wifi together to make the initial handshake to the app is a problem. Having 2 apps in the app store is confusing and hence a problem. I won't fault the cooking appliance for bad wireless design. Needless to say, after much trial and error and troubleshooting, I got the Z Grills 2.0 app to continuously communicate with the controller on the grill / smoker. Now for the best part. If you come from the old school, BUY a smoker tube!!! Z Grills sells them for $20, you can order cheaper ones online. The Z Grills tube is awesome. You can pack pellets into it and keep the rolling smoke going for up to 5 hours. You need to light one end, blow out the flame and make sure it remains smoldering. You do this, you will get awesome smoke flavor into your food without risk of ash bittering your food. This is often overlooked by pitmasters that do the old school offset smokers, where ash can blow from the firebox into the cooking chamber. Ash = bitterness... no good. I'm truly looking forward to Z Grills being around until the end of time. I opted for the buy 1, get 10 deal, where they send you a new, comparable grill / smoker every 5 years for 50 years!!! I already plan on having a 5-year BBQ, where everyone puts their name in a hat and the winner gets my old grill. Can't wait for my next cook on my Z Grills grill / smoker!!
