Did the buy one get One every five years for 50 years deal.. Was pretty easy to put together and smoked ribs. They were to die for wife loved them and neighbors loved them.

Have owned a Zgrill 700D3 for over 2 years, and never had any issues. Used many times and always has performed well. Recently upgraded the original PID controller to Zgrills Wi-fi controller and also with good results. Can't go wrong owning one.

I should have bought one a long time ago instead of a Traeger very easy to put together

This is my second grill , really enjoy these grills ,easy assembly and works like it should!

I was in the market for a new smoker and came upon zgrills. I decided to go for the top model of the smaller series, 700D4E. It was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble for a single person. There were easy to follow directions for the first burn in and I was good to go for the trial run. I smoked a ribeye roast that came out excellent. I loved the app that monitors the temp of the meats and notifying me when the temp target is reached. I plan to use if regularly for cooking up dinner for the household. excellent product!

Bought grill on 11/29. Main pieces arrived in a week. The optional WiFi controller was never shipped. Label created but that’s it. Guessing they are out of them. Have not assembled grill yet since I only want to do it once so waiting for the controller. Would have been nice to get an email or something from zgrills if there was going to be a delay. As of today 12/11 still shows only label created and fedex has not received for shipping.

Bought into the mystery box sale. I got exactly what I ordered…a mystery. Sure was thinking I was going to receive a quality item but, was disappointed to say the least.

They are responsive online and call back on the phone. Everything shipped when they said. So far so great! holla!
